  ### 3. Useful yet somewhat annoying...

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

I like the ability to schedule posts for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). Easy ability to create and edit posts.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

The app periodically notifies you to come back to the app and complete daily "prescriptions" to enhance your account. Cool, but annoying because either though I've turned the feature off, it still pops up.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Unfortunately due to Instagram changing its policy, Crowfire is no longer able to tell you who unfollowed you. They replaced these features with some redundant ones.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Annoying that I receive a notification from the app when I don't need to at least once a day. Love being able to schedule lots of posts weeks in advance.

  ### 4. Easy way to grow following

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

  ### 6. Crowdfire use multiple businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clayton V. | Social Media Manager, Hospital & Health Care, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2016

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

I find Crowdfire very useful for analyzing my audience growth and demographics. By looking at who is following me back, how many fans my organization has compared to people just following me back and also what inactive accounts I am involved in. I find the inactive following feature very useful to clean out a bunch of accounts I have been associated with that are no longer being actively managed.

Overall, In my experience starting off a small business twitter profile using these these features can really help growth.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

While it seems like this has toned to in updated versions, I am still a bit leery of the platform posting on my behalf. I have not had an issue with the platform tweeting out that I was using them, but I don't think those tweets should be suggested either. I think tweets that come out saying "I used Crowfire and found 9 people not following me) make both the platform and the user look a bit cheesy.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

If you have any issues with Twitter not knowing who you are following, are looking to follow more appropriate content, curate your newsfeed or stop following inactive accounts Crowdfire offers very useful features.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving audience growth, audience demographics, and audience analysis of multiple accounts.

  ### 7. One of the first, but missed their shot.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Henk M. | Freelance Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

This app absolutely does what it intends the best of any app out there, and that is to find mutual followers, famous followers, and those who you follow and don't follow you and vice verse. It does so in a very easy to understand and simplistic way.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

The downside is this apps only real functionality it seems is kind of a vengeful motive. Basically to unfollow anyone who doesn't follow you, which seems like Twitter is just a game then.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The one thing I do like about this, is when a more "influential" person follows me I can see if they unfollow me immediately after following them which gives me some insight into 1. why they followed me and 2. how they gained so many followers.

  ### 8. Crowdfire is Super Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul D. | Director, Facilities Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

All my social media recommendations come to me each day at a scheduled time that I choose.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

It sometimes takes a while to dial in the content I'm really looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

I highly recommend Crowdfire. It is very easy to use and operate.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdfire helps us stay current with our social media efforts.

  ### 9. Basic, easy-to-use tool that helps you manage Twitter followers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kira K. | Director of Brand, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2016

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

I use Crowdfire on the Pluto version (previously was paying more for Earth, but we weren't using the direct DM feature as much, so we downgraded). I love that Crowdfire makes it super easy to find inactive followers or recent unfollowers and then allows you to unfollow/follow in-app with one click. The "copy followers" is another great feature, and we have seen definite growth from bulk following users who are already following related tools.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

Followers we get through following new people on Crowdfire are sometimes not high quality (Crowdfire doesn't do much to filter out any spammy or fake accounts). I also wish there were better sorting capability/view options to make sure people I've manually added to lists don't show up in "inactive following" or "recently unfollowed" categories so I don't mistakenly unfollow them.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Definitely worth investing a few dollars a month into this tool! It's something you can use daily or every few days for just a few minutes and instantly see results.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdfire is a pretty handy tool to quickly find new people to follow or unfollow inactive users, helping to make our Twitter audience more useful and relevant. It's easy to use and has a very nice, clean interface.

  ### 10. Fine app

Easily scheduling posts

  ### 11. Powerful Social Media Management Tool for Businesses

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie J. | Director of Content, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

The ability to follow our competitors followers on Twitter has made a big impact. It also helps you to create greater reach and connect with more users in just a few simple steps every day.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

The platform can be buggy. The algorithm seems to ignore our blacklist and doesn't always pull the smartest recommendations.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social media reach and presence. One of our accounts in particular saw a follower growth of just over 44% within the first month of use. It's made a big impact on our Twitter accounts.

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

Crowdfire offers simple ways to engage with your social media audience. Every day, CF suggests you "actions" to do to engage with your audience.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

Crowdfire is automated and doesn't always suggest the right things to do. Sometimes the suggestions are completely off. Be careful!

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Be careful. This won't replace organic social media presence.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdfire allows me to manage social media presence easily.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 15. A convenient tool by the past, but not so much now

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

Before, Crowdfire was very useful in order to unfollow users on Instagram who don"t follow you back.
Now, due to recent change in Instagram API, it's no more possible.
Crowdfire is very useful in order to plan future publication on Instagram. The app will send you a reminder when it's time to post.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

I think it's due to the recent change in IG API, but I can't unfollow users on Instagram with this app.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Crowdfire to plan posts on Instagram for my customers on my computer.

  ### 16. Crowdfire Allows Me to Meet My Social Growth Objectives

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

I need to manage multiple Twitter accounts and grow them daily.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

I can't think of anything. Sometimes it freezes or glitches.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

I find that it meets my objectives of needing to grow social media without too much automation while also needing an interface to manage multiple accounts and help with recommendations.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business has to scale social media growth while maintaining quality control and avoiding risky automation. Crowdfire provides a great interface for this.

  ### 17. A necessary tool that needs improvement.

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

The ability to unfollow and see who's inactive

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

The re authentication needed every time. New passwords every other time--- frustrating and inefficient.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Look at alternative services to eliminate unwfollowers. CrowdFire is set up to detect auto-users which is a plus, but any normal user gets swept up with massive reauthorizations. And new passwords. Impossible to keep adjusting for a team, and your own automation cycle.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pointless accept to eliminate unfollowers and leave an automated 'thanks' to new fol

  ### 18. Great Tool for Twitter and Instagram Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

Crowdfire is a great tool for Twitter and Instagram growth with an easy to use interface and fantastic free tier.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

I definitely do not like how it caps you on the free tier. If I really wanted to see the full capabilities of the product, I need it completely unlocked for a trial period.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instagram and Twitter growth hacking.

  ### 19. An easy tool for community management

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

It's inability to suggest posts for Facebook pages.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Add features for Facebook page post suggestions

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a digital marketing agency where we use tools to help our clients build their brand and also improve their digital marketing efforts.

  ### 21. Removal of Instagram Features Hurt This Software

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert S. | Director, Board of Directors, Public Relations and Communications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

Great to build followers on social media (Twitter).

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

Unfortunately, with the limitations that Instagram put in place, there is no way to build followers through the app. This has made it not as useful as before. It's not worth the money to only build Twitter followers.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

An easy way to grow your Twitter accounts.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to build follower counts for clients.

  ### 22. Good for Twitter Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

Easy to setup and configure automated responses to DMs on twitter

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

UI feels too much like a game, wish it was more straight to the point.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure every message we receive on Twitter is responded to with a message that feels personal/quick.

  ### 23. That Crowdfire app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

What I like the best is the relevant content! Posting directly to Twitter and Facebook.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

I truthfully can not name one thing I dislike about crowdfire.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relevant content! Saving time with this app.

  ### 24. Great for growing twitter following

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2017

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

I like that I can "copy" the following of a similar company to mine.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

The whole concept of following users on twitter in hopes of a follow back seems a little spammy to me.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crowdfire helped me get my business in front of new eyes and gain more followers.

  ### 25. Best thing is the copy follower function to build a targeted audience...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben O. | Digital Marketing Manager, Glass, Ceramics & Concrete, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2016

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

The cop follower function allows you to target the followers of your competition. If they like X and you have a similar offering to X then following their followers with an automated response if they follow back can create effective call to actions... email sign up etc...

I use a macro program called autokey mouser to automate the clicks so i dont need to press follow 200 times.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

Twitter is a pain because if you follow lots because it'll put limits on it. In practice you want to do b locks of 100 every hour to prevent this.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

You need to use a macro like autokeymouse to do the clicks for you otherwise you'll get sore fingers.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding a target audience with a specific interest and getting them to follow you (well a % of them) but over time it's really effective. I've taken accounts from 100 followers to 2K in a week and all the accounts are authentic.

  ### 26. Great for gaining Twitter followes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aimee L. | Account Executive, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2016

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

The ability to follow competitors followers.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

There are not as many capabilities with Instagram as there used to be.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Pay attention to the follower limits and space out when.you use it so you don't get flagged by Twitter.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing Twitter followers counts for clients without paying for ads.

  ### 27. Looking for a way to track your true fans on social media?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JC C. | Sales Effectiveness Manager and Trainer, Management/Sales Consulting, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2016

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

See who follows you back, who unfollows you, and who generates the most engagement. You can also quickly find users in your target audience and follow them. I use the mobile app on a daily basis. It gives you quick access to multiple social media platforms, like Twitter and Instagram.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

Although the user interface works well now, they have some opportunity to improve the overall user experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Increase your social media engagement by managing your followers and easily find people in your target audience you can follow.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had very little idea of who followed me only for a refollow and then unfollowed. Crowdfire catches all those manipulations so I can better manage my users and generate the right ratio of engaged followers.

  ### 28. Crowdfire is one of my favorites

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aida I. | CEO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2016

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

Crowdfire allows me to pay closer attention to my social media channels. I love the services Instagram services. This allows me to watch Instagram posts and followers more closely.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

I wish you could actually schedule post from Crowdfire instead of just getting the reminders.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

I would love to see more options.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to watch my ratios and interact more often.

  ### 29. Great Twitter tool // Easy Publishing // Stats // #winning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter S. | Sales and Marketing, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2015

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

I like how I can view anyone that has recently followed/unfollowed me with ease. The basic version of the product allows you automate DMs, copy followers, see who your "fans" are, see everyone you're following that's not following you back, and see all of your inactive followers.

I used this personally to increase my visibility on Twitter and have had great success. The price-point for a single-user is spot on and I will continue to be a user(especially with their continuing support/development of the product)

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

There are several apps that do the same function, but I feel like these guys have a good handle on it. They don't try to make it too cumbersome - They automate/streamline the functions that you need to have automated, and provide visibility with their stats that you would be consume a significant amount of time to do manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Take it from someone who has evaluated as many social media tools possible that Crowdfire has the services that you need. If you're looking for something that will just completely take over your social media experience you might as well just hire a consultant, because the fee from that type of solution will be high.

Don't automate everything about twitter - It'll take the "social" out of social media, and you won't find success. Just give Crowdfire a shot and let your follower base grow like a 401k. You give consistent attention and you'll get the success you're looking for.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm streamlining certain aspects of Twitter to help me engage/nurture clients more effectively. It also allows me to spend less time on the small tasks on twitter and focus on searching/finding good content to provide to my follower-base.

  ### 30. Fast twitter management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica A. | Fotógrafa, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2016

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

It's really fast to follow and unfollow users and also really easy to view a general status of your account and your status

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

There are just a few options in free version to use, the rest features are for premium users

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've solved a slow growing of social media accounts and also I pay attention to different aspects on twitter than before.

  ### 31. Good product

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2016

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

This was a good product that helped us work more efficiently and productively.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

I wish they hadn't taken away the Instagram copy followers feature. That was what we used Crowdfire for the most and with that gone we're not sure if we'll continue use.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Bring back the copy Instagram followers feature

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was a good product that helped us work more efficiently and productively.

  ### 32. save time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2016

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

Saves time to handle an Instagram or Twitter account, you can plan the post, put your time or let the program decide which is the best time according to your followers.
It serves to twitter and Instagram

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

In the case of Instagram does not publish itself, only reminds me that is time

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Take advantage of the options whitelist and blacklist. Whitelist prevents accidentally unfollow important users. Blacklisted you add users to unfollow so you do not accidentally follow again in the future.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization in publications, and can schedule them when only to "publish"

  ### 33. Great Twitter Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer Foehner W. | Novelist, Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2016

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

Fantastic interface. I love the ease of use on this product.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

When going through non followers I'd like to be able to choose to see only those who I'm following so I don't have to scroll so much. Same for going through recent unfollowers. And when looking at new followers I'd like to be able to exclude those I already follow. But really that's not much to complain about because all I have to do is scroll.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Great interface and easy to use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2015

**What do you like best about Crowdfire?**

justunfollow is a handy tool for Twitter profile management. Not only can you use it to track unfollows, but inactive accounts, spam accounts and more.

**What do you dislike about Crowdfire?**

Not much I dislike, if anything. I wish I could unfollow more people each day, but I only use the free version of the product. Can't complain too much.

**Recommendations to others considering Crowdfire:**

Good for managing your Twitter account for the "vanity" metric of your follow/follower ratio. If you use this in conjunction with other free tools (e.g. iunfollow), you should be able to take care of all of your unfollow needs.

**What problems is Crowdfire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The free version of the product should be good for most purposes; you can unfollow 100 people each day. The paid version lets you unfollow 2,000 people /day.
