The team at CrowdComms are very supportive and accessible. They respond quickly and are good at getting to the heart of what works best for you and your client. The platform is intuitive and the back end is straightforward enough to work with quite quickly.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

Sometimes when the team are really busy we have to chase for quotes - that's completely understandable, we all have the same problems. This happens rarely.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms allows us to offer our clients comprehensive but scalable packages for delegate management.

The seamless integration of registration, on demand badge printing, ease of adding virtual and on-demand and the fantastic support.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

The lack of significant invoicing to be used for reimbursement - but that is about to be introduced.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our international congress was buffeted by US visa issues - so the seamless integration to the virtual and on-demand content was important for the strong revenue stream.  The on-demand content will generate additional revenue for the association.

Pre-event and on-site support is really quick and takes the pressure off

Last year we had issues with the Lead Scanning apps on the event day

Quick and painless badge collection and on-site registration means we can focus on event delivery and not worry about badging. Attendance tracking also helps us make data-led decisions on agenda topics

The back end is simple to use, and the team on chat are always very helpful whenever I need support.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

The platform has some limitations in what’s possible, and images generally need to be an exact size. However, if you know that in advance, it’s fairly easy to work around and fix.

Kiosks are sleek, the team on the day are always incredibly helpful (Phil) and the system helped streamline our registration processes

Our logic is quite complex and we have faced issues previously with being able to meet all the criteria

Speeds up our reg process, gives us real time updates, peace of mind in tracking sessions

With a number of home page options and flexible customisations, you can make the platform feel unique to your clients events. Also includes a number of features and is very intuitive / simple to use. There are also a number of API's and options to integrate different solutions into the platform

Customer support has always been great with quick responses and help whenever we've needed .

The meeting platform could be improved to allow more flexibility and options for setting up different types of meetings for delegates

They offer a good platform for events and seminars. The solution has good features that are useful for managing and hosting an event.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

The solution has a lot of features but it does feel a bit slow and unresponsive sometimes. They have the functionality but in some case it is not easy to use.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are working on helping companies organize large-scale events. We have to arrange multiple events for promoting our services.
