## CrowdComms Reviews
  ### 1. Fantastic Support and a Smooth, Easy-to-Use Conference App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna S. | Head of Events, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

The CrowdComms support team is fantastic. We used the CrowdComms app for the first time last year for our Annual Conference, with around 700 attendees and 55 exhibitors. The app was straightforward to set up, and although the team offered to help, we didn’t actually need much support with the setup.

It was also very easy for our attendees to use, and we received great feedback from exhibitors, including about the lead generation app. We chose the CrowdComms app because we were already using their badge printing kiosks, and it turned out to be a good move: the integration went smoothly, and it was simple to register all 700 attendees in just over an hour. Overall, I think it’s very well priced for what it delivers.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

The only issue is that we have to use two separate apps: one for the conference and all attendees, and another that our exhibitors use for lead generation. Both are supplied by CrowdComms. It’s not ideal, but we brief our exhibitors thoroughly and it seems to be working well. We’re going ahead with the same setup again this year.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run 5 different streams at our conference simultaneously. CrowdComms app is providing an option for attendees to book themselves for a stream/session that they like to attend and informs attendees when the rooms are full. this helps us control the numbers of attendees for each session. Obviously having one provider for the kiosks and app makes our lives much easier, with additional on day support provided. Any issues that may happen are solved really quickly. Data analytics is a great feature and the ability of our exhibitors to access their leads directly from the lead generating app is fantastic. Really quite reliable app for a large event.

  ### 2. CrowdComms Delivers Seamless, Reliable Events with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eva N. | Project Specialist and Tech Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

What stands out most about CrowdComms is the relationship with their team. They are consistently responsive, proactive, and supportive at every stage — from the initial booking process, through setup and configuration, to onsite delivery. Their onboarding process is smooth, and having reliable support during live events gives us real confidence, especially when managing complex international events.

From a UI/UX perspective, the platform is intuitive and easy for both event organisers and attendees to navigate. The backend is flexible without feeling overly complicated, which makes setup efficient even when managing large-scale or multi-session events. The attendee-facing experience is clean, professional, and works well across onsite, hybrid, and virtual formats.

The integrations and flexibility are a huge advantage. The platform adapts well to different event requirements and allows us to tailor the experience depending on whether the event is fully in-person, hybrid, or virtual. Features can be configured to suit different registration flows, engagement tools, and branding needs.

In terms of performance, CrowdComms has been consistently reliable onsite, which is critical for live event delivery. The app and platform perform smoothly even under pressure, which reduces operational stress for our team and creates a seamless experience for attendees.

From a pricing and ROI perspective, the investment is worthwhile because the platform saves significant operational time, reduces manual processes, and delivers a polished, professional event experience that clients notice and value.

We’ve used CrowdComms for three years now, and one of the biggest strengths is their continuous product development. New features and improvements are added regularly showing they actively innovate and respond to changing event industry needs rather than standing still.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about CrowdComms. Over the three years we’ve used the platform, it has consistently met our needs and continued to improve with new features and updates.

There have been a few highly specific functionalities we would have liked to see, such as visa letter generation within the registration workflow, but these are niche requirements unique to the type of international events we manage rather than limitations that would affect most users. In these cases, we’ve simply handled those processes externally without any major disruption to our workflow.

Overall, the platform is reliable, flexible, and continuously evolving, so even when we identify very specific feature gaps, we’ve found the team open to feedback and clearly committed to ongoing development. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and genuinely enjoy working with both the platform and the CrowdComms team.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms solves one of the biggest challenges in event management for us: bringing multiple event functions into one reliable, flexible platform rather than relying on several disconnected tools and manual processes. It centralises attendee communication, agenda management, engagement features, and onsite event delivery, which makes managing complex international events far more efficient.

It also improves the attendee experience through a professional, intuitive interface that makes it easy for participants to access schedules, updates, session information, and engagement tools in real time. This creates smoother event delivery and reduces support issues onsite.

A major benefit is also the confidence it gives our team. Knowing the platform performs reliably during live events, combined with the responsive support from the CrowdComms team, allows us to focus more on delivering a high-quality event experience rather than troubleshooting technology.

  ### 3. CrowdComms Makes Webinars Seamless, Polished, and Easy to Manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex S. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

We use CrowdComms for our webinars, and it provides a really smooth and professional experience, both for hosts and attendees. The platform feels reliable, easy to use, and well-suited to delivering polished virtual events without complexity.

The technical support is also a real strength. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring, which makes a big difference when running live sessions where everything needs to work seamlessly.

I also appreciate how flexible the platform is, from registration and branding through to audience engagement features. It helps create a more joined-up experience for attendees, while giving us organisers confidence behind the scenes.

Overall, CrowdComms is a great partner. It makes webinars easier to manage and helps deliver a high-quality experience from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

There's nothing I dislike about CrowdComms.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms makes it much easier to deliver professional webinars without having to rely on multiple platforms or worry about the technical details on the day.

It provides a dependable solution for registration, branding, live delivery, audience interaction, and follow-up after the event. This creates a more seamless process for us and a smoother experience for attendees.

The main benefit is peace of mind. We can trust that the webinar will run smoothly, with expert technical support available when needed. This means we can focus on the content, speakers, and audience engagement, rather than the logistics.

It also helps us deliver a polished, branded experience, which is valuable when connecting with clients, prospects, and wider industry audiences.

  ### 4. Highly Customisable App with Excellent Streaming and Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James F. | Technical Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

Great highly customisable product, particulary the App. I thoroughly enjoy the ability to use rich HTML and CSS to modify and enhance the offering to our clients using a tried and tested system. Streaming and integrations are also excellent using the latest software and ensuring strong performance during broadcasts.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

Sometimes we have smaller meetings that require a really trimmed down version of the CrowdComms products such as just an event website and it can feel like a bit of a stretch to pay a license fee for registration and website when we may only need just the website.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Highly customisable event platform that can be single or multi use. Customisation of features and incredible richness of brandability and content delivery to attendees for conferences and events. I find it really easy to use and the ability to exploit its customisation is a massive bonus!

  ### 5. Exceptional Support and User-Friendly Event App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

I really like how helpful the CrowdComms team is – no request is too much trouble. The platform comes with all the guidance, and I always feel like I can reach out to one of their team to support me with what I need – especially Chris, who has been a key project support across the years! The initial setup is very easy, and having the live chat function is a great feature because it means someone from CrowdComms is always on hand to solve problems, whether it be a design element of the app or something to do with its functionality.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

There are a few limitations on the app, often related to our event or design requirements. For example, adding pictures to the polls or surveys is an issue, or specific branding opportunities. But the team is always there to help us out with custom design work and coding, so those issues always get resolved.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

  ### 6. Intuitive, Flexible Event App with Excellent Support and Continuous Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

We’ve used CrowdComms for several leadership events since 2022, and over that time we’ve appreciated the ongoing platform development and steady release of additional features that continue to enhance both the attendee and event delivery team experience.

The app is intuitive for users while offering the flexibility needed to adapt branding, content, and engagement tools to different audiences and formats. Features such as live polling, Q&A, push notifications, and agenda management help drive meaningful participation.

A standout strength is the Support team, who are extremely knowledgeable and solution oriented.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

CrowdComms is a dependable and well designed event app platform. While the user experience is clear and well thought through, some advanced customisation options still require involvement from the Support team rather than being fully self serve.

In addition, support availability is limited to UK business hours. While the quality of support is excellent, this can be challenging for global events across time zones.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting a leadership event, offering a combination of information and entertainment on a mobile app. All you need to know, in your pocket

  ### 7. User-Friendly with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchell A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

I appreciate that CrowdComms is user-friendly, making it easier to navigate and use the platform. The support team is great and extremely responsive, which is really helpful when I encounter issues that are difficult to work out on my own. It's valuable to know I can get a solution from the team in a timely manner. Additionally, the initial setup is easy because we provide the event brief to the team, and they build it swiftly for us to get started.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

Sometimes I feel that some of the formatting options feel a bit 'basic'. It may be user error and the way that I am doing it, but there are some occasions where I feel I cannot format pages/text etc. in the way that I would exactly like to. On company pages, I tried to situate 2 images side by side, or add in a table/text boxes and this did not seem to work. Also, I was building a homepage module and when I was trying to center the text, it was not working.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CrowdComms for running events, as it handles delegate registration, hosts live websites, and provides interactive apps.

  ### 8. Setup Challenges and Delayed Support Hinder Experience

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nav H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

Can't comment until we actually use it live

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

Well, at the moment, it seems like making any changes seems to take a long time. Any request that we have made, it feels that I need to chase these requests for them to be changed or updated. And it just seems to be difficult to get time in to ensure that there's everything in order, and smooth. I think there's a lot of onus on the client to get information across which is fine. But when things have not been updated in a timely manner or you can't easily get hold of people, that's a challenge at the moment, which I think could improve. . We are still working through on getting this right. There is a lot of feedback. Again, some feedback is acted upon straight away but some not. There are no clear SLA's on when things are and should be done.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms helps us communicate to the public and key stakeholders

  ### 9. User-Friendly Platform with Stellar Support and Eco-Friendly Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta F. | Operations Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

I really like how user-friendly the CrowdComms platform is. It makes changes quick and accessible, which is very helpful. The speed of the printers is great too—no queuing, which makes for a smooth delegate experience. I also appreciate how helpful the entire team always is—they're just a phone call away whenever we have any issues. Setting up CrowdComms was very easy, and the team was incredibly supportive and always available for any questions.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

I think it would be great if CrowdComms developed a feature for personalized reporting - the ability to customize check-in data with special fields and set reporting time windows would also be really helpful. Additionally, the absence of an activity locking feature means I sometimes have to manually update over 200 sign-ups, which is a little tedious.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms provides an all-in-one user-friendly platform with eco-friendly badge options for events, making changes quick and accessible, and ensuring a great delegate experience with fast printing and helpful support.

  ### 10. Streamlined Event Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rowan S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

I really appreciate the great team; everyone is really friendly and helpful. The amount of information we can source online to build and manage systems is fantastic. The on-site teams are always great when it comes to badging. The lead scanning is a great add-on for exhibitors, allowing them to capture leads during events in a simple and effective way. The badging looks great and is really efficient, enabling us to get loads of people through the doors at exhibitions quickly without any holdups. The initial setup was super easy, and the team and knowledge hub were always there to guide us if needed.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

This year at ATCon, we wanted to scan people into the venue and out again when they left and back in again. At the minute, the system is quite difficult to be able to manage that. We created a workaround, but it wasn't ideal, and it involved lots of number crunching after the event. But I believe it is in the pipeline to improve that.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms reduces the need for printing to share event info, and allows us to scan attendees into events/sessions. It facilitates lead capture for exhibitors and ensures efficient badging, getting people into events quickly.

  ### 11. Strong Project Management Support and Great Value for Event Delivery

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Think Tanks | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

The strong project management support and overall value for money. The team is responsive and easy to work with, and the platform offers a practical, cost-effective solution for event delivery.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

At times, the registration system can experience minor glitches, which can require some additional troubleshooting. Further improvements to system stability and user experience would enhance the overall platform.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms helps centralise event management and attendee engagement in one platform, which reduces the complexity of managing multiple tools and improves overall efficiency. It enables smoother communication with attendees, streamlined agenda and content delivery, and better real-time interaction during events.

A key benefit is that CrowdComms is continuously evolving they actively seek and incorporate user feedback to improve the platform. This means the product keeps getting better aligned with our needs over time, helping us deliver more engaging, professional, and seamless event experiences.

  ### 12. User-Friendly Event Management with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan R. | Senior Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

I find the CrowdComms app to be very useful for providing a good experience for our delegates by improving the on-site experience, making event information easy to access, and helping with networking. It's also a good tool for quickly registering our delegates and ensuring they have easy access to the app following registration. The user interface is really easy to use compared to other platforms we've used in the past. This ease of use extends to the delegate interface, where we've received good feedback about how easy it is to access information and engage with features like networking functions and the delegate list. The setup process was very easy, and we could do most of it ourselves with minimal involvement from the CrowdComms team, although we had good support from them when needed.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

I think at the moment, the registration function is quite simplistic, and some of our clients require a complex registration solution, which, unfortunately, at the moment, CrowdComms can't support with. I'd like to see some more features introduced that allows more flexibility with invoice payments.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms improves delegate on-site experience, makes event information and networking easily accessible, and is a good tool for quick delegate registration with smooth app access.

  ### 13. Seamless Event Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel N. | Event Features Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

I use CrowdComms to organize and manage virtual events, and I find it to be a great platform for engaging with attendees through interactive sessions and networking features. It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to use, making it quick to set up. The team is fantastic, getting back to me straight away with brilliant support. The live tech support is amazing, and it stands out as a level above anything else we've used in this field. I love the team of people I work with; they are so helpful, knowledgeable, and really help us get the most out of the platform. It's super easy to set up, especially with their knowledge hub that tells you everything and the live chat feature that has been a godsend. Compared to our previous platform, CrowdComms feels much more finished, streamlined, user-friendly, and effective.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

I would imagine maybe more to do with sort of integrations, just to be able to integrate it a bit more into the tech stack that we use would be really handy, especially in terms of with our CRM. But with that said, my knowledge isn't great on that. So some of that might already be possible.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CrowdComms to organize virtual events and manage ticketing. It's user-friendly, quick to set up, and the live tech support is amazing. The platform feels finished, streamlined, and effective compared to others we've used.

  ### 14. Flexible, Brandable Event Platform with Intuitive UX and Outstanding Account Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

What I value most about CrowdComms is the flexibility of the platform. It allows each event to feel completely different through branding opportunities, module selection, and the overall user experience, which is incredibly important when delivering multiple events across a varied portfolio. At the same time, because many of our delegates attend events with us regularly, there’s a familiarity in the functionality and navigation that makes the experience intuitive and user-friendly, rather than feeling like delegates are starting from scratch each time.

The account management side is also excellent. I have regular catch-ups with our Account Manager, James, to review upcoming events, discuss feedback, and explore new ideas or functionality we’d like to see within the platform. What stands out is that feedback genuinely feels listened to, and in many cases, suggestions are considered as part of the wider product roadmap. That collaborative approach makes CrowdComms feel more like a partner than just a supplier.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

One area I’d say could still improve is the level of self-service flexibility within certain modules and admin areas. Whilst the platform is very powerful, there are occasionally elements where changes or bespoke functionality still require support from the CrowdComms team rather than being fully configurable by the client side.

That said, the positive is that feedback is always listened to, and the team are proactive in discussing solutions or incorporating ideas into future development plans, which makes it feel like the platform is continuously evolving rather than standing still.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms is solving the challenge of having multiple disconnected event systems by providing us with a full enterprise-level solution across our annual event calendar. The platform gives us a centralised solution for registration, event apps, attendance tracking, and delegate engagement, all within one ecosystem.

This benefits us by creating a more consistent experience for both organisers and delegates, whilst also ensuring accurate and reliable data collection across all of our events. Having everything connected allows us to better track attendance, engagement, and reporting, which ultimately supports wider organisational planning and decision-making.

The scalability of the platform is also a major benefit, as it allows us to deliver very different event experiences whilst still maintaining operational consistency behind the scenes.

  ### 15. Simple to Use with Instantly Helpful Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alice B. | Event Programme Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

Simple to use. Their customer service responds instantly and is always helpful, no matter how small my request is.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

To initiate a new event on our account, we have to fill out a new form every time, which can be tedious. It would be much easier if we could set up all of our annual events in one go instead.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Badging and event app. As an organisation, we have limited resources, but our delegates have high expectations because of industry standards. CrowdComms helps us deliver a high standard for our events and works with us effectively to meet those expectations while staying within our budget.

  ### 16. Smooth and Reliable Registration Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maisie H. | Events and Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

Reliable and capable team who support you through the whole process from onboarding to delivery.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

Very reliable for large-scale, regulated or corporate/health events but API flexibility can feel a bit limited for complex bespoke builds

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traditionally, registration often sits in spreadsheets or separate ticketing tools, which leads to:
Duplicate or incomplete attendee records
Slow on-the-day check-in
Last-minute manual list updates
Poor visibility on who has actually arrived
What CrowdComms does:
Centralises registration data in one system
Allows pre-event sign-up forms and attendee list management
Syncs registrations directly into the event platform
Enables live updates (e.g. cancellations, walk-ins)

  ### 17. Personable, Proactive Team Building a Platform That Fits Associations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon R. | Event Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

The team. A very personable bunch who are always so willing to help. They're making serious strides and are serious about providing a platform that suits associations (including abstracts) and that was important to us. At the start of every year we speak with James about improvements for the year and how we can better our experience and that massively helps.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

The only slight downside is not having the abstract setup fully built but we'll monitor that this year and see if that develops quickly enough for 2027. We also had a slight issue with the lead capture on our exhibition side in 2025 but again, thats a minor issue.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

App, registration and onsite registration. Ideally we'd like an all in one service (including abstracts) but it massively helped us having their expertise onsite and throughout the registration and app build.

  ### 18. Highly Customisable, On-Brand Platform for Professional Digital Events

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

It’s a platform that can be easily tailored to suit a wide range of event types and client needs, whether that’s a simple one-day meeting or a large-scale, multi-day conference.
The level of brand customisation is a real standout, it allows me to create a fully on-brand environment that feels like an extension of client identity, rather than a generic app. This combination of adaptability, powerful features, and strong branding capability makes it a really valuable tool for delivering engaging and professional digital event experiences.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

Reporting and registration aren’t quite where I need them to be yet, but I know they’re working on it.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every time I find myself thinking, “There must be a better way to do this,” CrowdComms has either already thought of it or is genuinely willing to enhance their feature roadmap to help.

  ### 19. Outstanding Live Chat Support and Continuously Improving Modules

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aoife O. | Assistant Event Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

The customer service is outstanding. Whenever myself or a colleague need help with any app modules, the team on the live chat are always there to help us out. The module functions are also very good and always being improved

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

There is not much to dislike, but maybe some of the modules that could do with even more advanced settings.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coding for personalised branding and modules is a big help from the CrowdComms team. This has helped us with most of our event apps which makes both us at ECA and our clients happy

  ### 20. Easy for Attendees and Teams, with Second-to-None CrowdComms Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry C. | Events Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

The overall system is very easy for attendees to use, the backend side is very easy to navigate for all members of my team, and the support by the CrowdComms team is second to none

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

The lead capture portion isn't within the same app as the standard attendee

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms enables us to have all the event information in one place, enabling attendees to be able to easily access everything they need, whilst also improving our sustainability by reducing the need for printouts

  ### 21. Flexible Platform with Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vasily A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

I like the platform because it was very flexible and easy to set up. The customer service is also very good. It made my personal experience way easier and meant that we had to spend less time setting things up, which also improved the customer experience for the day.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

I think their platform is also equally complex because it can be used for many businesses. The first time when we used the platform, it took some time to learn how to use it. We had to have an onboarding call. So I would say it was not easy, but it also wasn't hard.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CrowdComms for listing the conference agenda and managing check-ins with badge printing. It simplifies setup, improves customer experience, and saves time during events.

  ### 22. Simple Site Builder with Friendly, Responsive Staff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily A. | Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

Simplicity of the registration site and building various elements to the site. Also the friendly contactable staff.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

I would potentially like a contact number for emergency questions for quick answers close to the event date instead of only having calendar invite options.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My Account Manager regularly assisted in problem solving for various client requests on problem solving, there was always a solutions for what I needed in one way or another.

  ### 23. CrowdComms: Highly Customizable, Intuitive, and Easy to Learn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

CrowdComms is highly customizable. Custom colors for branding, how to arrange banners, chaning font.... We didn't find anything that we couldn't customize the way we wanted it. The back-end and the user-end are very intuitive. The learning curve was very short for the designer and our on-site users.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

It's a minor thing, but I didn't appreciate the additional fee paying our invoice that was applied because it was an international payment.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the app means we don't have to print out an event booklet, which saves us time and money. Being able to upload the conference presentation slides to the app for attendees to print and/or share with their staff is another convenience and time saver.

  ### 24. Intuitive, Intelligent Platform with Fantastic Support and Continuous Innovation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

Constant innovation and development, the dev team's willingness to work collaboratively with clients to make the system as good as it can be, the support team is fantastic, and the system is really intuitive and intelligent.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

The registration platform still feels significantly newer and less robust or complete than some other platforms, but it truly is improving day by day. That said, it can be tricky to stay on top of all the updates and keep our team’s training current. It would be helpful if CC offered a regular training session—maybe as often as monthly—tailored to each client, so users can stay up to date on the best ways to use the system for their specific situations. Every time I create a registration site, I notice that things are quite different, which is great, but it can also throw me off a bit. The spotlight sessions seem to focus more on development than on logistics and practical, day-to-day use, so additional client-specific training would make a big difference.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms supports our pre-event communications, our registration sites, our control of delegate data, and our onsite communications and live delegate management through the app. The main benefit for us is that it keeps all delegate management and communications under one roof, and integration issues are far less common than they used to be when we relied on multiple platforms.

  ### 25. Effortless and Professional Event Registration with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa L. | Global Director of Customer Engagement, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

I use CrowdComms for on-site registration at events, and it makes the entry process really smooth. The badging printing kiosks look good and create a highly professional feel, which is great for the brand. It's lightning fast, allowing people to quickly get their badge and enter the event. The support has been excellent, and everything is done for me, making it really easy to use. The initial setup couldn't have been any easier. The support team were very proactive and made sure everything was set up for success.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

Nothing springing to mind.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CrowdComms makes on-site registration smooth and professional, ensuring a quick and seamless entry for attendees. It enhances our event's presentation and feels quick and efficient.

  ### 26. Excellent Support and True Team Collaboration from CrowdComms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helen E. | Joint Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

The support from the team has been excellent, starting from my initial enquiry and continuing with consistent communication and help throughout. Their joint collaboration when pitching to clients makes it feel like they are truly on your team. They take the time to understand your strengths and weaknesses, so you feel fully supported at every stage.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

I don't think there is anything to dislike about CrowdComms. Always keep us up to date with new integrations.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their products are very easy to use and are also more cost-effective than some other platform providers we’ve used. This has helped us provide our clients with a registration platform that I’m confident will be the right fit for them.

  ### 27. Exceptional Event Support and Seamless Experience with CrowdComms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke T. | Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

Review from ITS

We partnered with CrowdComms for our annual conference and our customer roadshow and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The platform delivered everything we needed to run a smooth and professional series of events and the level of service we received made a genuine difference.

The CrowdComms team took the time to understand our objectives and supported us through every stage of planning and delivery. Their guidance on registration, agenda design, session setup and onsite logistics helped us create a seamless experience for our delegates. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the response times were consistently fast.

Onsite support was excellent and our team felt fully supported throughout. Check in was quick and reliable and the event app received very positive feedback from our attendees. It gave us a powerful way to share content, drive engagement and keep communication clear during both the conference and the roadshow.

What stood out most was the professionalism and the people. CrowdComms genuinely felt like an extension of our team. Their knowledge, attention to detail and proactive approach meant we could focus on our content while knowing our technology was fully taken care of.

We would happily recommend CrowdComms to any organisation looking to deliver high quality events with a strong and dependable partner.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

My experience with CrowdsComms has been entirely positive.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They streamline our event operations and help us deliver smooth and well organised events.

  ### 28. Incredibly Responsive Team That’s Always Quick to Help

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

The team are always so responsive and quick to help. Nothing is too much of an ask for them.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. The product meets our needs really well, and we consistently get great feedback from our delegates on using the app and on the badge printing. There may be a few feature requirements we could make more use of, or would like to see developed further, but I know the team is constantly working on improvements on their end.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the CrowdComms app for our event has been game-changing. It’s enabled us to significantly reduce the amount of event collateral we bring to events, and it has also supported our efforts to make the event more sustainable. Using the app for Q&A during sessions has made things more accessible for attendees too, since many feel unwilling or unable to ask questions verbally in the room.

  ### 29. Feedback from CCI EA Club Showcase Evening - Monday 11 May 2026

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

The communication in the lead up to the event was brilliant. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely manor and Florence was very proactive with conversations and action points.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

On the day i believe there was a bit of miscommunication as all the data i uploaded in the few days before the event were not taken into account on the day. There were updated exhibitor information that was not included that caused lots of changes on the day. This also affected attendees as lots of additions were not included on the system that slowed registration and also meant that they didn't have email address for the scanning system for exhibitors.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By printing on demand (which for our other event we are not currently doing) it is saving on paper, ink and admin time pre event, when all goes smoothly it is also a quicker registration. For our event specifically it was also necessary to have the lead capture feature for this event which we would not have had without CrowdComms

Nothing! In my opinion it is a great platform

In the past we have used a very basic registration system. Crowdcomms allows us to simplify the process and download the relevant reports we need. The hybrid side works perfectly and our clients have been very impressed by it.

  ### 31. Enhanced Event Experience with CrowdComms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariana G. | Events and Learning coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

I really like how CrowdComms significantly enhanced the overall delegate experience. The app is clean and user-friendly, making it easy for attendees to access key information such as the agenda, speaker profiles, session details, and venue logistics. I also appreciate the ability for attendees to access this information in real time. Overall, it was great and I found the initial setup to be very easy.

Approachable, friendly, professional, always innovating

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

the design can feel a little stale after using CC for several years

Enabling us to register delegates effectively and so more in-depth reporting
Allowing us to communicate with delegates before and during the event
Prevents us from having to produce paper copies of events information
Allows us to provide greater value for sponsors and exhibitors

Very responsive development team that are always looking to make improvements, they have taken on our feedback over the years and we have seen very impactful changes in the system.

You can't export bounceback information from email blasts and there are some limitations on filtering within the email function

They resolve our issue with supporting events through registration, app and broadcasting, enabling us to get familiar with the platform and it be appropriate for 90% of our clients needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy A. | Events Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

Friendly and knowledgeable team. On-site badge printing looks very professional and delegates also love it

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

As a repeat customer, sometimes the pricing can be inconsistent and hidden costs that weren't there the first time we used them.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On-site badge printing helps us with last minute registrations being accounted for, it takes out the time consuming job of pre-printing badges, we don't waste badges for no-shows

  ### 35. Easy Setup, Flexible Event Features, and Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atlanta B. | General Sales Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

The app itself is easy to set up on your own, but you’re also given the option of having CrowdComms staff assist if needed. There’s a wide range of elements you can include within the app to suit many different event types, and you can keep it as simple or make it as complex as you require.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

CrowsComms is priced slightly higher than some other apps; however, the customer service more than makes up for it.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an event app like CrowdComms helps our business keep up with the latest event technology in a straightforward way, without overcomplicating our processes.

  ### 36. Easy Setup and Everything We Need for Our Events

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

It's very easy to set up the app from scratch and doesn't overwhelm you with too many options or modules. It has everything we need for our events.

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

Whether it's an issue with us or the app, I find the process of adding the Q & A links and polling links for our AV team a bit long-winded. We've had issues with the polls not showing but again, might be an AV problem, not the app.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving paper and can be amended even through the event, whereas paper copies are usually out of date as soon as they are printed.

  ### 37. Easy, Effective Platform with an amazing support team

**What do you like best about CrowdComms?**

**What do you dislike about CrowdComms?**

When working on an event a couple of years ago, we sometimes found that the 2-3 days to complete tasks was a struggle when we needed quicker turnaround times. This led to me taking on tasks myself even though we had paid for the management hours.

**What problems is CrowdComms solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clients are always looking to improve their events and when such a large part of this is the registration, the constant internal improvements for Crowdcomms mean that we can bring slicker solutions to the table each year, making the journey more seamless for the client.
