Crowd Mics is dependent on good wifi. Unfortunately, wifi isn't always the best at every conference. If it's good, though, Crowd Mics might be handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Crowd Mics:

An easy way to handle audience questions, and definitely cooler than passing a microphone around. However, it does rely on wi-fi, so you'll need a good connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crowd Mics solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've used Crowd Mics while attending an event , and it definitely has that "cool" factor. I don't have to sit around waiting for someone to give me a microphone, or wait in line at the front of a room during a panel or talk. It's nice to use my own device, from my seat.
