**What do you like best about CROSStrax?**

CrossTrax has been an amazing addition to our workflow. CrossTrax is a true case management software that is customizable and specific to my industry.

**What do you dislike about CROSStrax?**

Zapier integrations aren't the best; however, I was able to manage by brainstorming various workarounds.

**What problems is CROSStrax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing CrossTrax, many of our processes were either manual or antiquated. Transitioning to CrossTrax has enabled us to utiilize automations in our workflow to allow for a much more seamless and efficient workflow.
