**What do you like best about MarketerPRO?**

The team is excellent to work with, and they demonstrate expert knowledge about commercial planning, promo planning, etc. Our organization has appreciated their guidance as we evolve our needs has been invaluable. We also find the flexibility in the application exceptional.

**What do you dislike about MarketerPRO?**

There is nothing to dislike. Whenever there is a system limitation, CrossCap is very responsive and agile in helping create or identify solutions that help our organization.

**What problems is MarketerPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are synergizing our commercial planning channel plans across our organization, enabling novel analytics. It's triggered our organization to think through new ways of working and alignment!
