"Crossbeam Account Mapping Saves Hours and Supercharges Co-Selling"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crossbeam?

Crossbeam’s account mapping functionality saves us hours of time, helping our channel and sales teams quickly and easily engage the right partners, to support more productive co-selling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

There are many ways to interact with the system - through salesforce widgets, salesforce reporting, and directly in the Crossbeam UI. Plus data is being shared across systems so you need to delineate between data that you are sharing, and data that a partner is sharing with you. This can all be confusing - but their customer success organization is extremely responsive and helpful, and they will help you create the best solution for your use case. Use them to help you!! "Efficient account mapping that scales with fast growth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crossbeam?

The ability to automate our account mapping process across multiple business use cases within our org, and have that data integrated into tools like Salesforce. We have hundreds of sales people globally. The automation has helped us scale. We've also been able to enhance our new partner evaluation process with better commercial data. Crossbeam data makes it easy to see where there are customer and open pipeline overlaps so we can determine which integrations have the highest revenue potential. What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

This isn't a dislike but I'm looking forward to the enhanced AI features coming out H1 this year. It will make automation, intelligence, and decisions easier for every-day-users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Crossbeam?

Crossbeam is very easy to use for account mapping and for getting into co-sell motions. I’ve been using the platform for over three years, and the team continues to innovate while adding meaningful value to partnership workflows.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

The freemium version has become a bit limiting, but there is an offer to do a 7-day trial so you can see how the paid version can help with parenthood. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Partnership Synergy and Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Crossbeam?

I utilize Crossbeam to create synergy across my ecosystem relationships. As a VP of Partnerships, having visibility to joint customers and potential prospects we can work together is extremely valuable. Account mapping is necessary when establishing credibility with customers and bringing value to joint integrations for use case verification. I'm a HUGE fan of this product and continue to recommend it to partner teams and companies that struggle with no visibility in this area of their business. I appreciate the ease of use and the detail it provides to me and my team. The visibility it gives me where I have immediate momentum with my partners is invaluable. The variety of views based on account access is always valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Crossbeam Turns Partner Overlaps Into Actionable Revenue—Fast and Secure"
5/5
What do you like best about Crossbeam?

What I like most about Crossbeam is how quickly it turns partner overlaps into actionable revenue plays, without forcing anyone to share their entire customer list.

Secure account mapping – It works like a “data escrow,” showing only overlaps. That way, both sides can keep their full books private while still identifying shared customers, open opps, and prospects.

Fast identification of where to co-sell – The dashboards make it easy to spot shared customers, target accounts, and whitespace, so you can prioritize where partners can realistically help move pipeline and drive expansions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

Data freshness & coverage are only as good as the partners’ ops

If a partner’s CRM is messy or their sharing rules are conservative, overlaps can look thin or out of date, which makes AEs distrust the signals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Valuable Client Insights That Make Crossbeam a Must-Have for Sales Managers"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crossbeam?

Crossbeam has been very helpful for us sales managers. It provides valuable information about our clients and prospects and gives us clearer insight into their existing setup. The UI is good, the integrations seem solid, I haven’t noticed any performance issues, and the AI is excellent. I am sure if there are any issues, the support team is just seconds away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

So far, I haven’t found anything to dislike about Crossbeam. It seems like a very promising application, and it’s been really helpful for sales. Pricing can be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Great Way to Jump-Start Partnerships and Identify Key Accounts"
4/5
What do you like best about Crossbeam?

It takes all the guesswork out of partnership account mapping. Instead of messy spreadsheets and manual account mapping, it gives us a clean, up to data view of where we overlap with partners and which accounts we should go after together. Plus clear reporting to show exactly how those partners are impacting revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

I don’t have major issues with Crossbeam, but a few things can be annoying. It really depends on clean CRM data (ours and our partners’), so bad data = bad overlaps. Some partners also find the setup and terminology a bit confusing, so there’s extra hand holding. And the UI could be more intuitive and flexible, especially when you want to bring in custom or non-standard data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Constant Product Releases and Exceptional Support from Crossbeam"
5/5
What do you like best about Crossbeam?

Crossbeam has an amazingly consistent product release schedule, and they’re constantly iterating and improving the product to make it better. What I really appreciate most, though, is the support and account management teams. Everyone I’ve interacted with at Crossbeam has been ready and willing to go above and beyond expectations—especially our AM, Marcello. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

Crossbeam’s methodology is intentionally simple, which is ideal, and the service levels are very high. I also appreciate that new features are being released constantly. That said, I find that users can be apprehensive about really pushing partners to adopt Crossbeam because they don’t know where to start. There are great insights available, but there’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding how to get the most out of the tool. New tools like Deal Navigator, as well as the AI integrations via MSP servers, should resolve that issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"What is this? 2003?! Stop with the spreadsheets!!!"
5/5
What do you like best about Crossbeam?

The ease of direct account mapping, the accuracy of non-bolean errors, the convenience of automated alerts and notifications and the efficiency and scale of direct CRM (Salesforce) integration. My colleagues and partners are convinced that I'm on a vesting schedule with Crossbeam but alas, no, I just know how manual and antiquated partner ecosystem mapping can be without Crossbeam. Crossbeam access is a daily activity, second only to my calendar. Once we get the full implementation completed, I anticipate usage to increase tremendously across the organization, which I hear is a rather simple process with loads of customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

The lack of a mobile app. Sometimes I can get away with using my Chrome browser but a native Android or iOS app would be a great help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid partner platform with more depth than most teams will use on day 1"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Crossbeam?

The account mapping and partner overlap functionality is genuinely useful. We're on the Supernode plan and the ability to quickly identify where our accounts overlap with our partners' has changed how we approach co-marketing and partner-driven campaigns. We sync Crossbeam data directly into HubSpot, which means the partner overlap insights aren't siloed in yet another tool — they're right where our sales and marketing teams actually work.

I've completed a couple of Crossbeam certifications through the Academy, and the training content is solid. It's well-structured, interactive, and actually helps you get more out of the platform rather than just checking a box.

The CRM integration is seamless, and the network effect of 30,000+ companies makes it easy to connect with partners and start mapping quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crossbeam?

The export limits can be a pain point. We've had to keep a close eye on our usage throughout the year to make sure we don't burn through our allotment before renewal. Some kind of better visibility or pacing tool around exports would go a long way.

The data permission and sharing settings can also get a little complex to navigate — especially when you're onboarding a partner who isn't particularly technical or doesn't have a RevOps person on their side. A smoother guided setup for less technical partners could help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
