CromaHR handles hiring, onboarding, leave, attendance and payroll for businesses across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Africa at large, with every statutory rate built in and kept current. We help growing organizations move from reactive firefighting to structured, predictable workflows by bringing payroll, approvals, leave, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and employee records into one intelligent system. Built for African businesses and scalable teams, CromaHR prevents the everyday “fire drills” caused by disconnected tools, manual processes, and last-minute surprises.
