CRM For Claims

CRM For Claims is a CRM built for companies that work on insurance claims: public adjusting firms, roofing contractors who do insurance work, and restoration companies. It follows every claim from the first lead to the final payment, so nothing waits on someone remembering it. Most of these companies run claims on a general contractor CRM, a spreadsheet, a separate e-signature service and a lot of reminders. Contractor CRMs know materials and crews, but not the claim itself: the carrier, the policy, the adjuster, the supplement, the depreciation that still has to be released. CRM For Claims is built around that process. Claim stages you set up for your own office. Each stage can create tasks, send texts and emails and change the status on its own: New Lead, Inspection Scheduled, Contract Signed, Claim Filed with Carrier, Supplement Submitted, Approved, Final Invoice Sent, or whatever your process looks like. Everything about the claim in one record. The homeowner and secondary contacts, the insurance company and agent, policy and claim numbers, date and type of loss, storms, mortgage lenders and the project team with their commissions. Documents and e-signatures. Every claim starts with 34 document folders. Contracts, public adjuster agreements and representation letters go out for e-signature from the Documents Hub and come back to the claim signed, so there is no separate DocuSign or SignNow subscription to pay for. Insurance invoicing and payments. Invoices carry the insurance side of the job: deductible, actual cash value (ACV), recoverable depreciation and supplements. Payments are applied against them and can be charged automatically, and customers can be offered financing. Scheduling and photos. Inspections are booked to Google Calendar from inside the claim, and CompanyCam projects are linked to it. Reports. A master report, project profitability, payables, payment history and commissions. The system follows the Illinois Department of Insurance requirements for public adjusting work, so the paperwork is right by default. CRM For Claims starts at $59 a month for the company account with the first admin user, plus $39 a month for each additional user, with no contract. It costs several times less than the popular contractor platforms and is made for claims rather than general construction.
