What do you like best about CRM and Deals?

Zendesk is easy to navigate. It makes it easy to create tickets for customers and merge them into one. It's a great way to keep track of tickets. Unlike other competitors, zendesk helps the company save time by using the quick tools that zendesk has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CRM and Deals?

I'm not a big fan of the random bugs that zendesk will have once in a while. Sometimes the magnifying glass in the quick tools will often disappear. I would love to see these bugs decrease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
