Feasibility questionnaires ask what training your staff completed. The CRLN Site Portal lets a clinical research site show what its staff can actually do. Your staff practice realistic trial decisions scored against ICH E6(R3), mapped to CRLN-TRG-001, our own open standard, built on ICH E6(R3). The portal keeps each person's GCP training records and expiry dates, with training that expires soon listed at the top. For each study, it shows who is ready to be delegated each task and who needs more practice before taking it on. When a monitor records a finding, the people involved are assigned practice in the matching skills, and the retraining record shows who practiced and when, ready for your CAPA file. When a CRO or sponsor asks, you share a readiness record they open with one link, without an account. It shows group results, never individual names. Results by person stay with your site's administrators. The Site Portal is free for every research site: no tiers, no seats, no trial. Sites never pay.
