What do you like best about Criteria?

Criteria can give me insight into a candidate, good and bad! How often have you made a "great" hire based on the resume, the interview, and the personality, only to hire the wrong person? What do you like best about Criteria?

Criteria make it easier for HR to conduct interviews without being physically present. Setting up is quick and easy, and so does the sharing of the interviews internally, within the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
