Helps to filter candidates that will progress well in the hiring process.

Overtime, i have noticed that if a candidate does well wih their criteria. they are likely going to do great with other tests Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Criteria?

Criteria Corp is a great tool for employers looking to hire the top candidates. It can be very hard to narrow down the talent pool, but adding the assessment really helped us find the right candidate. The website is easy to use and the customer service is top notch. What do you dislike about Criteria?

The only downside is that there are some areas that are hard to assess. It would be nice if we could test for a variety of computer programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
