What do you like best about Crisp?

What I like most about Crisp is how it makes customer support so much simpler. I can centralize conversations from multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, website chat, etc.) all in one place without losing track. The interface is clean and intuitive, so even someone who’s never used it can get the hang of it quickly. What do you dislike about Crisp?

The iPhone app is good for staying on top of conversations, but it doesn’t have all the same features as the web platform. Things like response suggestions, widgets, and some advanced options are missing, which makes it harder to use on mobile when you need the full functionality. Great value in the features provided for the subscription price. They also have excellent customer support and is very responsive and friendly.
