What do you like best about Crisp?

All of the features, the ease of use, and most importantly the ability to communicate with support in a timely manner and their team always jumping in to try to help in an incredibly fast fashion! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crisp?

We use Crisp for a few things, including a newsletter, as an email tool to nurture our leads, and as a live chat/customer support platform. I think our main dislike is the inability to schedule emails to be sent out at a specific date/time (single-shot emails). The automated emails are easy to use, setup and all that. But single emails are not possible to schedule. Also don't like that we're not able to a/b test our email campaigns. We're big on optimizing our processes/campaigns/etc and the inability to test our emails is no fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Crisp?

Easy to use, compliant and excellent customer support. I also love that the features are easy to work with and implement in a solution that works across our sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crisp?

Not much, but there are a few rough edges here and there. Not in the general use - I have only found it in more advanced features, however, support has been great and my issues have been solved within literal seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So I just realised that we have been using Crisp since 2019... We currently have 5 websites we use Crisp for.

What do you like best about Crisp?

Crisp is very easy to integrate and offers the customizability that we need. I've worked with a few SDKs for support products and this one took the least amount of effort! Besides, they also offer the best customer support during the onboarding process and instanly replies when I had a question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Crisp?

As a small tech startup, we wanted to save money on Customer Support products.

We have been using osTicket (open source, self-hosted) for about a year, but after a year in operation, we outgrew its capacity. We received roughly 300-500 tickets per day, and osTicket became very unresponsive.

Other paid subscriptions like Zendesk or Freshdesk are too expensive for us.

Then one of our team members found Crisp. We tried it and loved it. The product is clean, easy to use, and has all the necessary functionalities for support tickets, a knowledge base, automated replies.

As Crisp is still a small team, when you give them feedback, maybe even their CEO will read it. It will be very flexible to adapt to your need.
