Exceptionally User-Friendly Experience **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025 **What do you like best about Crisp Data Platform?** I find that its user friendly, and straight forward on what needs to be done. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** Sometimes there is tax issues or the mapping for certain customers is incorrect or hasn't been updated. While preparing shipments, when a quantity is at zero, we set the pack quantity to be zero in both boxes. Meaning there should be no quantities of that style populating when applying and processing the order. However, when we click apply, the box count remains the same. When we click edit order, we can see that all quantities put at zero initially have been packed in the cartons in the shipment and we then have to manually adjust every single store to match the style’s quantities and delete cartons Sometimes the data is missing when we edit quantities, or it will not appear for whomever edited the order but someone will log in and go to the shipment and see the correct quantities. Also, takes a while for sales order to appear on POs. The site crashes or freezes and we have to re-do our work or log back in to complete the process. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crisp Data Platform helps us centralize and automate our EDI processes, reducing the need for manual file handling and follow-ups. It provides real-time visibility into order and inventory data across multiple retail partners, which helps us identify issues faster and maintain smoother communication with our trading partners. Overall, it’s improved efficiency and accuracy in our data exchange workflows. ### 2. The tool is user friendly and Kristin has been a great resource when questions come up. I also like how you can create MDM product and store categories **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** I dislike that the tool crashes when you try to pull year over year sales data. I have raised this issue to our contact and she has informed me that this issue can not be fixed. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team wants to know $ sales movement by product category by retailer. In the future I am going to be using this tool to pull inventory data. ### 3. It has also become incredibly unreliable. The other day I was unable to pull any UNFI data. Additionally, the non-UNFI site is unbelievable slow. When pulling KeHE data I now go to KeHE connect which is much faster. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn't always have visibility to which accounts were driving growth, specifically at UNFI and KeHE. Crisp allows us to quickly drill into the retailer activities and identify when there was an issue. Crisp also helps us understand velocities, which is key if we need to address a trial issue at launch. It also provides guidance as to which new products have the biggest in market potential. ### 4. It then cleanses the data into infographics and tables that can easily be read by all levels of users. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** Some specific-to-our-company needs can't currently be met. Wish there was a way to pull in some additional data points into the view we need, instead of 1 view for all. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** CRISP currenlt extracts daily sales and inventory for our Broadline customers (KeHE and UNFI) that we weren't abke to see before, mostly UNFI data. We are able to now get this level of detail daily due to the CRISP and UNFI partnership, that we were not able to get. ### 5. I can quickly pull the data I need and repurpose the data with my team and customer. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** I wish Crisp data was easier to manipulate within the Crisp Platform. I wish I could create custom time periods and product groupings within the platform. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Crisp I am able to look up sales metrics for the retailers I call on, get distribution lists, and gain insights that help me take action with my customers. -
