Not as great as it used to be **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** ericka k. | Chief Growth Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2023 **What do you like best about Crisp Data Platform?** When it's working, I like that I can get account and store specific data with multiple filters. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** Since rolling into UNFI, it is frustrating to have to go to two separate sites to get my data. It has also become incredibly unreliable. The other day I was unable to pull any UNFI data. Additionally, the non-UNFI site is unbelievable slow. When pulling KeHE data I now go to KeHE connect which is much faster. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn't always have visibility to which accounts were driving growth, specifically at UNFI and KeHE. Crisp allows us to quickly drill into the retailer activities and identify when there was an issue. Crisp also helps us understand velocities, which is key if we need to address a trial issue at launch. It also provides guidance as to which new products have the biggest in market potential. ### 2. Luminate Basic does not allow automation or bot access. We are continuing to improve and build our process and systems to deliver the data to you as soon as possible – while managing changes that affect data availability.
