Navigating between distributors and segmenting to specific warehouses or by product can be evaluated quickly. The aging inventory addition is another favorite in order to avoid any surprise chargebacks on spoils. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** For national retailers they segment out by regions, it would be more ideal to select a national banner first to populate all regions. It takes some time to have to select every division of a retailer from the drop down. I'd also like to see a fix when exporting CSV file that all of the titles are completed. The "Description" column does not have a header and I have to type that in every time I download a CSV to create a pivot table. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crisp provides visibility into how regions compare against others. From sales, distro and velocity I can easily see how my products are performing. I enjoy the YOY feature as it is a quick snap shot to growth or decline. I love the charts and visuals it provides, which are great for making reports and presentations. The fact that my data is already integrated into the platform without any security risks is fantastic. I personally appreciate the different interactive charts for showing performance metrics. The ability to build dashboards, graphs, and tables, which can be easily integrated into PowerPoint slides, is awesome and makes for a great story. I enjoy the scheduling feature as it saves me over an hour each week on my reporting, allowing reports to be sent to my inbox before work starts. I find the initial setup super easy because the platform is very user-friendly. I pair Crisp with SOLYS to build reports, and having Crisp assist with the write-up and email summary is a real time-saver. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** Planogram data would be great to have. As a category manager, I do a ton of work with planograms, so it would be super helpful to have this information on the platform. I think it could do a better job of referencing external things outside of the Target platform. I know it can search things on Google, but don't feel like those things are always the most accurate information as I have encountered some things that haven't been true. You have to train the agent. It won't understand nuances within the business. For example, Frozen Pizza is very regional and so it may recommend expanding a brand that does super well in a certain region but isn't relevant outside of that region. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Crisp Data Platform to analyze data, build reports, and create visuals. It saves me over an hour weekly on reporting and provides detailed analysis and charts. I use the scheduled report section the most because it allows me to save time by regenerating reports on a timed basis without needing to rebuild them every time. The initial setup of Crisp Data Platform was the most painless and easy process among all the retailers I've dealt with. Michael Larson gave us an introductory lesson and has been great at setting up additional training. On a scale from 1 to 10, I'd say I'm at a 9 in terms of likelihood to recommend Crisp Data Platform to a friend or colleague, as it is better than almost all other retailers for obtaining online sales data for gauging metrics. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** Targets Item descriptions are awful. I have to do an overlay of UPC descriptions from Circana to obtain a useful SKU name for each product. I find it convenient that everything is accessible right from the homepage. I also enjoy the platform's extensive customizability, which allows me to pull various powerful metrics into one centralized location. Despite the slight difficulty in selecting the right metrics due to a vast array of similar ones, having them all in one place is incredibly useful. Overall, these features make accessing and utilizing data much more efficient for my needs. **What do you dislike about Crisp Data Platform?** Sometimes when I want to customize in a more complicated way, it isn't clear how exactly to do that. If I wanted to create a line chart and grab weeks on the row axis or if I wanted to grab a bunch of different metrics, there are oftentimes many, many metrics with very similar names. When you go to select them, the full name is cut off by the selection panel, making it very difficult to tell which one is which. The only way to tell is if you hover over them, and then it'll reveal the full name. However, if there are a dozen or more different metrics, you have to hover over a lot to get to where you need to go. And sometimes you don't even exactly know which is which, which can be a bit complicated. While preparing shipments, when a quantity is at zero, we set the pack quantity to be zero in both boxes. Meaning there should be no quantities of that style populating when applying and processing the order. However, when we click apply, the box count remains the same. When we click edit order, we can see that all quantities put at zero initially have been packed in the cartons in the shipment and we then have to manually adjust every single store to match the style’s quantities and delete cartons Sometimes the data is missing when we edit quantities, or it will not appear for whomever edited the order but someone will log in and go to the shipment and see the correct quantities. Also, takes a while for sales order to appear on POs. The site crashes or freezes and we have to re-do our work or log back in to complete the process. **What problems is Crisp Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crisp Data Platform helps us centralize and automate our EDI processes, reducing the need for manual file handling and follow-ups. Vendor Central and seller central combined? Amazon sales and inventory in addition to Amazon Ad data?
