It covers everything that we need to have to stay in compliance. The layout is easy to read and simple to navigate. Our staff were able to easily use this system and transition from the old platform. Once we migrated to the new platform the customer support we were given helped us sort out any issues that we were experincing and made us feel valued. This is the only product that we use on a daily basis to cover our importation needs. **What do you dislike about CrimsonLogic Trade Compliance?** The implementation of the new system was not immeadiately easy for our staff, there was some small issues with drop down fields that we needed to be adjusted and CrimsonLogic did a great job fixing it. **What problems is CrimsonLogic Trade Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us the ease of submitting our importation information to the CBSA's ACI team. Without CrimsonLogic, I don't know if we would be able to accomplish this task by any other means. ### 2. They guide at every single stage to file the eHBL, ISF, AMS. As a user we do not have very much knowledge like crimsonlogic team. portal is very user friendly and easy to understand. i am using crimsonlogic portal frequntly like after every two days, i have to file the eHBL. my team also file the ISF and AMS. Also we can do the ultitasking like we can file the eHBL report 2..3 at a time. We can give our reference number to identify the specific report. **What do you dislike about CrimsonLogic Trade Compliance?** Firstly we get eHBL filed by crimsonlogic team, that time we faced delay to received the reports. also observed mistakes such as business name and freight forwarder details were missing. **What problems is CrimsonLogic Trade Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?** They provide custom document filling at ease, which is money saving to small and medium scale businesses. And because of its user friendliness, it doesn’t take long for a new recruit to learn to use it!
