The system that CrimsonLogic is very user friendly and well laid out. It covers everything that we need to have to stay in compliance. The layout is easy to read and simple to navigate. Our staff were able to easily use this system and transition from the old platform. Once we migrated to the new platform the customer support we were given helped us sort out any issues that we were experincing and made us feel valued. They are available 24*7 it is the best thing. also their team is very helpful. They guide at every single stage to file the eHBL, ISF, AMS. As a user we do not have very much knowledge like crimsonlogic team. portal is very user friendly and easy to understand. i am using crimsonlogic portal frequntly like after every two days, i have to file the eHBL. my team also file the ISF and AMS.
