The sales support tools are far better than Zoom/Teams because Crikle has been designed from the ground up for Sales presentations. The Crikle Team are also one of the platforms defining strengths. **What do you dislike about Crikle?** I wouldn't say there is anything to dislike, more that I look forward to all the development that seems to be coming to enhance what the platform can do. Some functions don't work as well on certain devices, but we see ongoing engagement with us to resolve this to suit our business. **What problems is Crikle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consistent call quality and helping us create a much more on-brand client experience, along with more consistent application of our sales process. ### 3. The tools they provide for sales user is convinient and easy to use with amazing display quality, this helps to sell the products remotely. **What do you dislike about Crikle?** I haven't faced any such things that I disliked about Crikle as it provides incredible features for a salesperson to sell from any location **Recommendations to others considering Crikle:** Tab switching feature is good to implement **What problems is Crikle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through Video presenting, I being a user can quickly and conveniently sell it to a any location Custome Relationship Management provides Synching option which is best as it helps in synching all the necessary data and easy to use when neccessary Uncomplicated Recording the sessions and can be recorded for future usage Provides many sales solution with a set of tools ### 4. The coolest feature that I have used is I can share presentations PDF or powerpoints and even I can edit/create slides during the meetings. And the video quality is amazing. **What do you dislike about Crikle?** It would be great to have a chat feature. Personally, I'm not happy to manually allow each person to join the meeting **Recommendations to others considering Crikle:** I would like to recommend this new app for other uses. I can clearly see a couple of use cases for this with some of the startups I work with. I like the integration with Slack and other tools. I really like the SaaS model and the customizable options available. I like how the white label nature of the app lets downstream customers brand it with their own branding. I actually also like that the name is a little hard to pronounce! **What do you dislike about Crikle?** I wonder about my clients who have hardened desktops which don't allow use of audio/video via browser and which block some of the functionality. It effectively breaks the ability to use the app as a viewer. Video is a little pushy with clients, but in the sales game, the boundaries are always shifting. What seems strange this year might be de-facto next year. **Recommendations to others considering Crikle:** Give it a demo, they do 7 day trials and if you are a serious customer, they do offer some support even for trial users. **What problems is Crikle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Literally their entire use case was ideal for a specific startup I am working with at the moment. CRM combined with video calling. The startup had additional expectations relating to capturing facial movements, identifying emotions and using that to develop further A/B tests for followup, with integrations with the CRM.
