CricketRight is selection management software built only for cricket. It covers the weekly job of getting a side on the field: availability, team selection and team sheets, for seniors-only clubs, juniors-only clubs or both. Its signature feature, Fairness First, is a smart algorithm that makes junior selection fair. It keeps track of every child's games across the season and suggests a fair team each week, so nobody gets left out week after week. The coach always has the final say, and it is easy to switch off. Parents and players log on and submit their availability for each fixture, coaches and captains pick their teams from who is available, and everyone gets the team sheet by email and in the app, with updates sent automatically if the side changes. Training sessions and team messages sit alongside selection. Pricing is per club, based on the number of teams, with every feature on every plan and no per-player charges.
