CrexiPay is invoicing and payment collection software that runs on top of a business's own Stripe account. It gives service businesses a no-code back office for sending branded invoices, sharing reusable payment links, billing subscriptions, collecting deposits and donations, and adding an embeddable checkout button to a website. CrexiPay is a software platform, not a bank or a payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe and settle directly into the business's own Stripe account, then pay out on that account's normal schedule. CrexiPay never holds funds and never stores card numbers. CrexiPay is built for agencies, freelancers, consultants, contractors and other service businesses that bill clients, especially teams that manage more than one brand or Stripe account. Unlimited Stripe accounts can be connected with a one-click link and managed from a single login, with transactions, fees, net revenue and MRR tracked separately for each account. Businesses without a Stripe account can create and connect one during setup. Key capabilities: 1. Branded invoices sent by email under the business's name and paid on Stripe's secure hosted checkout 2. Reusable pay-now links for quotes, services and one-time payments 3. Recurring billing and subscription management with a live MRR dashboard 4. Deposits with one-click balance billing, plus donations with suggested amounts 5. Unlimited connected Stripe accounts in one back office, with team members and roles 6. Real-time paid alerts, one-click refunds with admin-only controls, fraud screening via Stripe Radar, and CSV export 7. A customer self-serve billing portal and a REST API with signed webhooks 8. Customers can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, ACH and bank debit, and Cash App, where enabled in the business's Stripe account. CrexiPay simplifies accounts receivable for small businesses that want to get paid faster without adding a complicated billing system. Payment requests can be created in seconds, and the exact fee and net amount are shown before each request is sent. Pricing is 2% plus Stripe fees. CrexiPay charges a flat 2% platform fee per transaction on top of Stripe's standard processing fees, with no setup fees, monthly fees, monthly minimums or per-account charges.
