Once the setup is complete, Crewting connects in our case two people every week for a virtual coffee break, helping us to improve internal communication in our remote setup. Integration with Slack and the Matching AI is another of its best features. **What do you dislike about Crewting?** It's hard to find a negative point because it's a simple yet effective way to connect our employees. Perhaps it's the fact that you can only pause coffee breaks as an organization and not as an individual employee. But I think they are already working on that. **What problems is Crewting solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we work remotely, our team only meets in person twice a year. Crewting helps our colleagues to connect regularly outside of their usual business meetings. The feedback from our team is great and we definitely feel that it boosts team morale. ### 2.
