What do you like best about Crewhu?

This program is very good, easy to handle, and best of all, since we started using it in the company, the sales team has had more revenue because by creating contests in Crewhu to motivate the sales team, we are rewarded with "CrewHu Bucks" that we can exchange for prizes.

For the organization where I work, it is very important that from the team that develops video games or different software to the team that sells the products, they have motivation. What do you dislike about Crewhu?

I don't dislike anything because when the company started using this tool, we improved the salary of all employees. We care a lot about the customer's opinion. Honestly, it should be a product applied in any sales office. It undoubtedly increases revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can recommend this program to you first to convince the boss that if you keep a truly motivated team, sales will increase, consequently you will have a completely satisfied team, you create a good work environment, and the relationships with your colleagues will be much better, and there is even healthy competition among employees in each department. What do you like best about Crewhu?

What do you like best about Crewhu?

The product is easy to use and intuitive. It easily integrates with our business management software, ConnectWise Manage. It is intuitive enough that non-technical users are able to efficiently use the system without much help from technical staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crewhu?

There is some confusion with the survey that customers receive. For instance when a survey is sent with multiple technicians associated, all technicians are selected by default. Several times customers have clicked on a technician that they would like to leave feedback for believing that they are selecting this individual when they are actually de-selecting them. Prepare customers to use the system before it is implemented to avoid any confusion when completing surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Crewhu has allowed us to get a better idea of overall customer satisfaction. Previous to using the software, we had a general idea of overall customer satisfaction, but no specific metrics or reviews. "Great Product To Help Motivate A Team Of Sales Reps"

What do you like best about Crewhu?

I love how easy it is to create contests in Crewhu. We easily develop contests to motivate our sales team. They then get rewarded with "CrewHu Bucks" which they can redeem for great prizes. If you are looking for a platform that is easy to administer and for your employees to use Crew Hu is a great tool. It is a great way to align your employees around goals and motivate them in their day to day jobs both with monitor rewards but also accolades and shout outs through crew hu. It is easy for customers to give feedback through a 1 click survey, but allows for them to also leave their own message.

We’re finally getting regular customer feedback and an automated way to generate more Google/Facebook reviews which has always been difficult. We also are getting more employee interaction and buy in using the gamification side of the tool. We're setting up contests to push our team on SOP creation and other things that drive the business.
