The crewdle are indeed very alluring. Internet calling, the ability to create separate spaces through rooms, and HD video recording are all advantages. This solution includes all of the standard features of a excellent calling app. And I love their concept about removing servers between users while meeting online, communication technology creates a safe environment. As a result, a more private and environmentally conscious digital ecosystem has emerged. And also their monthly costs of standard plan is very affordable too. This is going to come up both as a pro and con, for better or worse: The P2P nature of Crewdle.

P2P ensures a safe and secure connection so that your meeting is out of sight from prying eyes and isn't going through a server somewhere to be intercepted. This makes set up a breeze, get your link (you can even create an evergreen link), share it, and you're off to the races!

The interface and user experience are very intuitive so there are no issues migrating your team, clients, leads, etc. over to the platform for all your meeting needs.

The pricing is extremely affordable. In most instances, the Free tier will take you very far, but should you need to upgrade to the Standard plan, it's very affordable!

Really the only thing that I dislike, which I alluded to in the Pro section, was the fact that Crewdle is P2P. What does that mean for you and why is it also a negative?

If someone on the call does not have a great connection, it takes a toll on the entire call, not just their end. There is no server that's working to meet their system's needs by throttling quality so they can participate without disruptions, so if their computer is older or their internet is unstable, you're not going to have a great time.

One other negative is the sort of lack of integrations. I would love to quickly and easily have clients book an appointment to something like my Google Calendar, but to have a Crewdle link generated specific to their booking, somewhat like Zoom would do for you. I am an ecologist at heart. The philosophy behind the product development at Crewdle is really what got me interested in the first place. The product is still young and in active development, and lacks some top-of-the-line features when compared to other mature competitors like Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom. But the product is evolving at an outstanding pace, with a mission and core values that resonate with me more than any other competing platform on the market!

In remote workshops, breakout rooms can be very useful to organize the discussion in small groups and make remote exercises more productive. My company also has google meet licenses, and it is still more natural for colleagues to jump on a quick meet instead of switching to yet another product. What is really good with this software is the values to which this software is linked, that is to say security and also its ecological and economic model, fairly strong values today.
