"Privacy-First, Easy Setup, Needs More Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Crewdle?

I like Crewdle's strong privacy-focused architecture and decentralized approach, which gives us greater confidence when discussing sensitive topics. The lightweight, browser-based nature makes it easy for users to adopt without complex installation or heavy system requirements. The initial setup was straightforward, with minimal configurations needed, allowing users to start hosting and joining meetings easily. Its stable audio and video performance while reducing reliance on centralized infrastructure aligns with our compliance requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crewdle?

The integration options are still limited compared to larger platforms, and some advanced enterprise features could be improved. The user interface could also be a bit more intuitive in certain areas. The UI could be improved with clearer navigation and more intuitive host controls. On the enterprise side, enhanced analytics, stronger admin controls, and broader SSO and webinar capabilities would add significant value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Secure, and Eco-Friendly Video Conferencing"
4/5
What do you like best about Crewdle?

I use Crewdle for team meetings, workshops, and one-on-one calls because it offers a simple, distraction-free video experience, perfect for remote collaboration. What I like most about Crewdle is how thoughtfully simple it is. It strips away the usual meeting clutter and focuses on real conversation—lightweight video, strong privacy by design, and no unnecessary distractions, making meetings more focused and enjoyable. The simplicity and lightweight feel of the experience stand out, as it doesn’t overwhelm with too many features or a complicated interface. I also appreciate how it works directly in the browser without heavy downloads, which lowers barriers for participants who may not be very tech-savvy or are joining from different devices. Another strong point is the focus on privacy and decentralization, which makes it feel more secure compared to traditional tools. Overall, the combination of simplicity, privacy focus, and accessibility makes Crewdle practical and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crewdle?

Some users may find the interface less intuitive compared to more established platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Crewdle may lack some advanced features users expect, such as breakout rooms, advanced host controls, built-in collaboration tools, and integrations with other apps. In certain network conditions, users may experience connection instability, audio/video lag, and difficulty joining calls. Since it’s less widely known than major competitors, users may face fewer integrations, a smaller user base, and less community support or tutorials. If the mobile app or browser experience isn’t as polished as competitors, improving performance and usability on phones and tablets could increase adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crewdle?

Sometimes the performance isn't fully consistent, especially on slower connections where I noticed a bit of lag in calls. Also, a features feels like they're still evolving compared to bigger platforms. It's not a big issue, but there's definitely room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trouble-Free Video Conferencing, Needs Quality Tweaks"

What do you like best about Crewdle?

I really like that there's no particular software required for users to log in. This means there's no troubleshooting on my end, and I don't have to provide technical support to users in places like Australia or the Congo before a meeting. I can just send out a link, and they can log in right from an email. Also, I find Crewdle's interface simple, easy, and lightweight. The initial setup was as simple as Apple pie, which was great. Plus, it feels light on my system and works decently, even with average Internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Project Management with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Crewdle?

I really like Crewdle's intuitive user interface; it's so easy to navigate that even new users can quickly get the hang of it. The layout is clean and organized, with clearly labeled sections for tasks, communication, and file storage. I also appreciate the visual clarity it offers; tasks are color-coded, which makes it instantly clear to see their status. Additionally, Crewdle's comprehensive collaboration tools are fantastic. The real-time document collaboration feature is a game-changer, allowing multiple team members to work on documents simultaneously and see changes immediately. The group communication tools are also top-notch, supporting file sharing and ensuring efficient and transparent discussions. Lastly, setting up Crewdle was easy, which made the transition even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crewdle?

The mobile app currently lacks some of the features available on the desktop version. For example, advanced task-filtering options and in-depth document formatting tools are limited on mobile. This can be frustrating when I'm on-the-go and need to perform complex task management or document editing. I might want to filter tasks based on multiple criteria like assignee, priority, and due date, but the mobile app only offers basic filtering options. There are occasional lag issues, especially when loading large files or accessing detailed project dashboards on the mobile app. This slowdown can disrupt the workflow, as waiting for pages to load eats into valuable time. For instance, when trying to quickly review a high-resolution design file shared in a project, the app may take an unreasonably long time to display it, or it might even freeze.
