**What do you like best about Crewai?**

What I like most about CrewAI is how easy it makes it to build and orchestrate multi-agent AI workflows without needing a lot of boilerplate code. The visual interface, reusable agents, and built-in integrations make it straightforward to prototype, test, and automate more complex tasks. Overall, it speeds up development while keeping workflows well organized and easy to maintain over time.

**What do you dislike about Crewai?**

What I dislike most about CrewAI is the initial learning curve. Some of the more advanced features and integrations take time to fully understand, and clearer, more beginner-friendly documentation would make onboarding much easier.

**What problems is Crewai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem CrewAI solves is coordinating multiple AI agents for complex workflows without needing a lot of custom orchestration code. It helps automate repetitive tasks, improves collaboration between agents, and speeds up development. For my team, that means less manual effort, more organized workflows, and an easier time building and maintaining AI-powered automation solutions.

This tool doesn't have any visual workflow builder in the open-source framework.

I like the flexibility of using different AI agents for different parts of a task. For my design-related work, it was useful to separate tasks instead of trying to handle everything with one AI workflow. Once the setup is understood, it can make repetitive work easier to organize.

The initial setup takes some time to understand, especially when you want the agents to work in a specific way. When something doesn't behave as expected, figuring out which part of the workflow needs adjustment can also take some trial and error.

CrewAI has made agentic development straightforward, especially with the dashboard interface that categorizes features into Build, Operate, and Manage sections. After onboarding to the platform, within 5 minutes I can create a custom AI agent.

Beyond just building, the AI-assisted Crew Studio recently added Flow, which is powerful for creating automated workflows. A lot of the value comes from integrating MCP servers, which connect with many popular tools and platforms. It also has built-in deploy and run options that improve performance by removing most of the hosting and DevOps tasks.

**What do you dislike about Crewai?**

The free plan is quite restrictive. With only 50 runs per month, you’ll likely hit the quota quickly. Beyond that, if you’re a hardcore Python developer looking for a highly customized automated agentic ecosystem and enterprise-level evaluation systems, you may run into some limitations.

**What problems is Crewai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating reusable AI agents with defined roles, goals, backstory, skills, and tools helps a lot when it comes to improving efficiency in daily work. We can also connect external agents through its A2A protocol, which is a game changer. The skill repository is helpful as well, since it can be used across the department and for specialized agents.

From its open source crew library, we can quickly import and use ready-made templates. Apart from building agents, it’s also good for monitoring agents, LLM models, API costs, and overall usage.

CrewAI’s core philosophy is structuring agents like a human team (e.g., a Researcher, a Strategist, and a Writer). This intuitive role/goal/backstory pattern makes it exceptionally easy to conceptualize workflows, prototype rapidly, and produce coherent agent behavior.

**What do you dislike about Crewai?**

In complex, multi-step workflows with long runtimes, context and memory management can become fragile. If flows are not carefully architected, agent behavior can drift or hallucinate.

**What problems is Crewai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to heavier frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen, CrewAI abstracts away much of the complexity of orchestration. You do not need to build the infrastructure from scratch, making it much faster to adopt for standard pipelines.

**What do you like best about Crewai?**

Crew AI was very useful to build AI agents in a production-level and fast development process. The documentation is to understand, and the models' support in Crew AI is simply awesome; we can see many intelligent LLM models. The best thing about Crew AI pricing is customization according to our requirements. There is no performance lag while using it. I am using it for my internal projects. Easy to integrate with other apps because of the Python language. The Best UI/UX is impressive a lot because of coloring choice

**What do you dislike about Crewai?**

Crew AI generally performs better overall, but it feels more tied to the OpenAI models. I’m also running into some issues when trying to use other models, such as Gemini and Grok.

CrewAI addresses the challenge of orchestrating multiple AI agents to work together on complex tasks, rather than relying on a single LLM prompt. It lets me set up specialized agents with clear roles, goals, and tools so they can collaborate effectively, which makes workflows more modular, scalable, and maintainable. The best about crew ai is that how is it is to experiment with  multi agent flows, there is orchestration as well. Their documentation is rich. They keep bringing new features and functionalities regular basis

There is not much to dislike about, only thing is there community forum can be more interactive and have public events or sessions to make it more enriching

It has helped me with Agentic AI Usecase. The way it is helping me is that I dont need to assemble llm chains together. It is handled with Crew AI
