Creventa automates the communication between a venue and its event guests before they arrive. It picks up where a booking or PMS leaves off, collecting the granular detail events teams need: food choices, allergies and dietary requirements, drink pre-orders, seating and deposits. Guests receive a personalised, fully branded link and submit their own choices in their own time. Creventa chases any outstanding items, tracks submission deadlines, and automatically generates every kitchen and front-of-house report: chef sheet, food pass, front-of-house report, BEO, and branded place cards, all at the touch of a button. The result is the removal of the spreadsheets, PDFs and manual data entry that events teams rely on today, fewer errors on the day, documented allergen compliance, and more revenue from pre-ordered drinks. Provides a great guest journey Provides a great experience What more do you need Support teams respond to our feedback Simple to follow and understand for both our events team and our front of house team. **What do you dislike about Creventa?** It overlaps with some of our existing software, so we had to decide which data is stored where. - Fortunately there is some useful API integration that removes double entry of information. **What problems is Creventa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Human error -Both in terms of guest organisers not checking about dietary preferences and last minute changes allowing our own team to update one report and not the other. There is a single point of data for every guest that is used for all reports. ### 2.
