**What do you like best about CresPro?**

The low-cost price and the fact that enewsletters are included in the cost. This means we can send emails whenever we want at no additional cost.

**What do you dislike about CresPro?**

I don't like that we aren't able to truly personalize our materials in a way that is compelling for our donors. It's also cumbersome to set up emails with this system as we are limited on when we can send them out and we are unable to set an exact date and time for the emails to go out to the whole database. We are also not able to pull intuitive reports so we can target our email efforts.

**Recommendations to others considering CresPro:**

If you are looking for a website platform for planned giving and have a very small budget this is your best bet. However, if you have a budget, you should look to other vendors. This platform is pretty outdated and could use some improvement in their reporting and how they handle emails as well as just a fresh, new look for the customers they serve.

**What problems is CresPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have created a place for donors to go when they're looking for advice or materials on making a planned gift. Since we have updated our enewsletter to have more about the institution in the header we have gained response asking for our free Wills Guide.

**What do you like best about CresPro?**

The helpful language and many pre-design templates go a long way to helping you with planned giving outreach.

**What do you dislike about CresPro?**

The software asks for a pretty intense time commitment to use effectively. A lot of the designs are pretty cheesy, but you can download InDesign files to edit.

**Recommendations to others considering CresPro:**

Budget in a good amount of time for editing creative and executing a whole new dimension of your fundraising—it will take a lot of staff time.
