What do you like best about Creo Simulation?

The results window is easy to use and export outside of Simulate for later viewing.

Fast run times with AutoGem mesh for simple parts.

Simulate has a large range of solving capabilities and is easier to use than other software I've experienced.

Easy to switch between Creo Parametric and Simulate to make CAD changes to parts between or before an FEA run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creo Simulation?

Complex models can require a lengthy setup.

As part of the PTC Creo package, it is simple to switch between CAD and Simulate to make minor changes to suit the FEA.

Stress analysis of parts in overload cases. CAD modifications to the strength and stiffness of parts based on results from FEA.

What do you like best about Creo Simulation?

It is integrated with Creo, so you can always move back and forward with the design phase and simulation phase. The material library is quite extensive so no need to create new materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some time the meshing gives strange errors, and the time taken is a bit too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
