when entering in an activity, it doesn't reflect on the main company page, unless using the @ symbol. Also, using RingCentral you can't combine an outgoing call with a scheduled event resulting in 2 blocks for the same activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we have a web-based app to access all of the different profiles. I like that i can communicate with Candidates in different ways without having to leave the window I'm in. I also appreciate that I can communicate with other colleagues within the same applications. I'm able to tag them and gain their assistance on specific tasks. I don't like how the mobile version of this app has a significant difference than its web app. You can't access reports on the mobile app and both mobile apps can malfunction to where you're not able to see what you're typing in a note. I also dislike that sending mass emails take longer than expected.I wish they would increase the amount of message your can add to a job and the amount of messages you can send at a time. (AllSearch is a 20 Person Professional Direct Hire Company). Ladies and Gentlemen of Crelate, all of you deserve some seriously high praise. Starting with Ryan whose initial Demo and considerable Q&A (he was very patient with us, no pressure) helped us realize that this system we'd never heard of was worth top 3 consideration against some very name brand players, during a time we were looking at literally 8 other Recruiting CRM/ATS vendors. Then on to Ian’s incredible knowledge of both the system and industry thus able to act as a real business analyst and internal systems consultant. And last but not least Dan who took an incredibly complex legacy database we'd been running for nearly 20 years, made sense of it, and worked it successful into Crelate like a data magician.

I swear it felt like everyone I dealt with at Crelate could just read my read my mind at every turn, I never felt rushed, or frustrated, or like “just 1 of 1000 clients”.

You took a topic we'd been avoiding for years, conversion/migration of an enormous legacy database, and made it a breeze. My only regret is having waited so long to modernize our Recruiting ATS/CRM system to Crelate. Perhaps most telling, one of my favorite Day 1 comments from a new user of the Crelate..."This is SO CRAZY AWESOME!". I couldn't agree more.

A common sentiment I mentioned to the folks during the migration planning/training was "have you guys thought of everything?!", it really seems as if they have.

Crelate is our core system of use for all Direct Hire Recruiting, Business Development, Job Posting/Applicant Handling, Phone, Email and Task Management. 100% of all of those functions are now handled directly within Crelate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing negative whatsoever to speak of yet. We migrated/converted over the course of the summer, went live on schedule a few weeks ago, with zero problems, and in the first two weeks, the general sentiment is the Title of this Review. Employees are thrilled, metrics are WAY up. Why, oh why, did we wait so long to migrate our core Recruiting ATS/CRM to a more modern platform. Granted it's the honeymoon period, but, so far, the Recruiting life is much better on Crelate.

A dashboard that shows in list form of all candidates (both owned by me, or others) and where they are in various stages, ie. PS, Interview, Final, etc.... which is sort-able by date, or client, or candidate name, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is excellent! I have always received prompt communication from the developers or staff regarding any issues I have had with the software. I have also seen the product evolve over the years and Crelate is constantly trying to add features and enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that there are numerous ways to do a variety of functions (like search, submit candidates) and I always question whether I am operating most efficiently. I have been advised certain features like drip email campaigns and other API's will be integrated into Crelate soon so I can track all of my actions through Crelate. API improvements allow you to hack things together

Cons:

-I don't like that you can only have one workflow for recruiting and sales

-API is helpful but I am a power user and it is hard to hack all together and requires learning Zapier

-I have personally had a tough time getting phone calls for customer support. I am a power user and try to do fairly advanced things

-Don't like the API doesn't allow you to create records as clients or candidates

-due to the limitations via the workflow I have a tough time getting the reports I really need. I am trying to get it sorted out and hopeful support can assist me

-Email Marketing and Text in Bulk is very limited.

-Unlike Bullhorn LinkedIn messages are not auto populated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
