I dislike the default settings (such as having to select "customer" when adding firms or companies to a dashboard for a candidate employment search or a new search automatically defaulting to my business partner).

I REALLY dislike the fact that every time I ask for help with something, I receive a lengthy article about how to accomplish such a task and never an offer of assistance from an actual person.

Customer service has been amazing, making specialized videos to walk me through the tool. Most responses are within 24 hours and have allowed me to accomplish the tasks I was trying to figure out on my own. For starters there are usually a bunch of random glitches. While uploading a resume and pulling the info is good, the system doesn't always do the best job of notifying you of duplicates. I also don't like that it doesn't naturally incorporate other phone services aside from Ring Central Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it's simple and customizable. it's very visual. I'm very pleased with the cost, for my small search firm. i have used more expensive and elaborate platforms that could land a rocket on the moon but they were not what we needed. we were really pleased to come back to crelate after trying other things.
