The most helpful aspects of Crelate is the web based system, you can access it from anywhere at anytime. The new Crelate app for the iPhone and iPad also just received a huge upgrade which is helpful (the old app was not easy to use and had limited features). The software is very quick and easy to work through. The best part of Crelate might not even be the software but the company itself. They are always on call whenever you need help or have any questions about how to improve the software. They have customized a bunch of features for our firm that has been very helpful. The Crelate app for the iPhone and iPad received a huge boost this year when they created a new app. Although it is a huge upgrade from the old app, there still could be a bunch of additions that can be made to the system to make it 100% functional from the phone. Crelate is so user friendly and easy to navigate. I like that they have helpful links and webinars at my fingertips, as well as the Help Bot who can send me articles when I have an issue. Everyone from the sales rep to the support team are quick to respond when I have issues I am unable to take care of myself, and they are positive and upbeat. My company does locum tenens placement, and there is not really a locums system that is designed to help us fill these positions. That is my only real complaint! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about Crelate is the ability to drag and drop. This function is helpful in identifying which stage candidates are in as well as holistically looking at candidate pipelines. It is also helpful to keep notes within each candidate profile in order to refer back to how they moved around in their respective stages. What I dislike about Crelate is that it is touch sensitive - the drag and drop is great, but can easily be moved around without recognizing you are dragging and dropping. Additionally, you cannot view candidates without clicking thru separate profiles. It would be nice if you were able to click "next" versus exit all together and find the next profile.
