I very much appreciate the interface and the ease of using it. Creating new candidate or contact profiles from a resume or their linked-in page is fast and efficient. I dislike the default settings (such as having to select "customer" when adding firms or companies to a dashboard for a candidate employment search or a new search automatically defaulting to my business partner). I REALLY dislike the fact that every time I ask for help with something, I receive a lengthy article about how to accomplish such a task and never an offer of assistance from an actual person. I have been unable to configure my default dashboard for active searches - I would email to ask for help with this but I don't have time to read a 5-page article on how to accomplish this. Customer service has been amazing, making specialized videos to walk me through the tool. Most responses are within 24 hours and have allowed me to accomplish the tasks I was trying to figure out on my own. The only issue I've encountered regularly is the struggle to save the default application form to each new job. I don't know why this is an issue. The ease of uploading candidates to the system and that it generally pulls all the information correctly. I also like that you can click the call button and dial directly from a profile. While uploading a resume and pulling the info is good, the system doesn't always do the best job of notifying you of duplicates.
