I enjoyed how easy it was to transition from our previous database to Crelate and how it helpful the team was when doing so. I also find it easy to integrate job postings into our website and getting postings out to other sites at no additional costs. I like that it tracks time to fill and throughout various stages of the recruiting process, it's customer facing portal that can be used when you have a large number of roles and if your client company wants real time data. Some of the search tools for information could be improved and there are some other features that should be available in helping with posting positions on social media requires some html support that Crelate does not provide. It brings multiple applicant tracking systems all together into one place. You can add other systems to Crelate, like Ring Central, to make calling and texting candidates easier. I wish it had a sound alert option when a candidate texts back. You must be in Crelate to see when you get a new text. The only alert sound it makes is when the Crelate Team answers one of your questions. They are working on this improvement. Crelate has too many options. So it can be difficult to use. Now if Crelate could recognize the changes you made in the past and not interupt you to make the changes again. That would be great. Some things are time consuming when merging applicant records. This allows users and admins to measure, filter, sort, and search complex assortments of records in effective ways. Our sourcing efforts have become faster and more effective. Since there are infinite ways to display data, it can sometimes feel complicated, or users can miss easier ways to do things.
