Still, with experience, you get the hang of it. **What problems is CredSure solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is a challenge in the standardization of certificates, especially for institutions that provide different courses and training needs. Their customer support is something which is really good. **What do you dislike about CredSure?** The platform as such is slightly complicated and process intensive. Integration with APIs is also slightly challenging owing to long process. Also, the long wait for certificates getting issued. **What problems is CredSure solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are issuing digital certificates through Certif-id.
