Credly has features useful for both the organization (business insights) and the end user (job search, other relevant certifications). It's easy to implement the integration between an organization's system and Credly's, and virtually all badge editing and creation can be done via self-service options. It requires that badge-holder emails in both Credly's system and the organization's system match, even though each badge holder is issued a unique badge ID. This leads to frequent end user support requests to my organization when the user updates their email addres in one system but not the other. Often times the only way for us to correct this is to issua a new badge, which unfortunately uses one of our pool of yearly badge allotments. It is so easy to claim and display earned credentials on Credly from any site such as LinkedIn. I do a lot of online courses and programs, and it's difficult to view all of my badges or rewards across all those different platforms. Credly provides a centralized location where all my badges and certificates are so that I can easily share them with others without forgetting about any. I use it quite often since its implementation is easy to navigate, integrates with different sharing methods and there are customer support options available if you are in any need of assistance.
