One of the things our institution likes about Credly the most is how easy it is to use and the modern UI. Being able to seemlessly and easily share credentials on social media has excited many of our earners as well. Our institution had a smooth implementation process back in 2021, in part thanks to the expertise of our Credly customer relations manager. Credly has adopted some new functionality over the period of time we have been using the product and we have been impressed with how smooth all of their update rollouts have been. We issue credentials both manually and through automated rules with our LMS and are at the point where we issue credentials every week at our institution. Credly's online customer support team has always been responsive and easy to work with. Whenever we have had issues or questions, they're always available for support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Credly? We would like to see more comprehensive tracking of earner progress available in the platform. For example, how tracking how far along an earner is to earning the credential with an earning parameter architecture created on the administrative side. Whether this would only found on Credly's domain or could be viewed through Credly's integration with other products or LMS/CMS, that's a functionatility our users and earners have expressed interest in. The biggest complaint we have received from users and earners is the lack of tracking earner progress. For example, a competitive feature would be to show a learning ecosystem/matrix that include other badges as well as earning criteria (i.e. Assignment 1, Exam 1, Badge 1, leading to a Cumultative Badge). We realize that Credly recently introduced their own "Pathway" feature, but that doesn't fit our needs outside of stackable badges. Both our users and earners/students want to see how far along they are to completing a credential as well as see if the requirements they've completed can apply to other learning pathways.
