What do you like best about Creditsafe?

Before I met with Bonnie Ball, I didn’t realize how easy it could be to monitor and track a customer’s various credit metrics. I also appreciate the user-friendly setup and the support I’ve received from the Creditsafe staff. I plan to use the functionality often and track some of our more problematic customers. What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

So far, there isn’t much to say. However, the verification and authentication that’s coming may add extra steps, which could be frustrating. We already have so many emails, passwords, and other logins to keep track of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I like that reports from Creditsafe are easy to read, as I don't have to wade through pages of detailed data and can easily understand ratings and graphs. The monitoring support is also valuable because every morning, I can see if there have been any significant changes to a customer's credit profile, which helps me adjust credit limits accordingly. The initial setup was 'easy peezy' with the help of our rep. Additionally, I find Creditsafe is as good as D&B any day, and at a much lower cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

Sometimes searches can be difficult to pull up the right company because of how the information was given, like JH Company vs. J.H. Company or JH Co. It would be nice if the search was more forgiving, especially when Creditsafe may not have the most current address and can't be searched with it successfully. What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I like the ease of use. I like the risk rating score they give a company. I like to see how well a company pays, if they pay on time or how many days late they are. I like to see names of the company officers and previous addresses and other companies they might be related to. The reports give a lot of useful information. It helps me determine quickly if a company is safe to do business with by just glancing at a few areas of importance on the report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

I sometimes have trouble finding a company by name or address. Not sure if this is something that can be improved upon. Sometimes companies come up under a different address or name. It is sometimes hard to determine if it is the company I am looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding Switzerland, I find that the data quality is not always sufficiently reliable. This is mainly due to the fact that most private companies do not publish their financial statements, making it difficult to accurately assess their financial strength and overall creditworthiness.
