What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I think the best thing about Creditsafe is how the cost perfectly aligns with what we want to spend. It does an excellent job of allowing us to repeatedly check credits at a very economical cost basis. Creditsafe provides us with access to a customer base that is typically more independent and smaller, which fits our needs because we're extending credit limits to customers that are not big companies, often around a thousand dollars. I find that their experiences are readily available for us, allowing us to get an idea of where our customers stand risk-wise and assess their credit limits appropriately. What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

Sometimes when I look up customers, their names are very similar and it becomes difficult to figure out if it's the actual company we are looking for. The similar names, similar locations, and multi-locations being reported can get a little confusing, especially when there's really a central location paying all the invoices. What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I like the convenience of using Creditsafe. I just log in, type in the company name and location, and search. It returns a list of potential matches from which I select the relevant listing. Right at the top of the listing, I see a color-coded grade, which makes the rating stand out and gives me a quick impression of the situation. I can look through the tabs for more details and make a decision on whether to grant payment terms and how high of a limit to offer. I also like being able to download and save a copy of the report so that if anyone were to question the credit decision, there would be evidence to support it. What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

The data is not always reliable. We did have one customer with a good Creditsafe score that eventually made their payment months after it was due. It would be nice if we could report a listing such as this for a review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Creditsafe?

I like the ease of use that Creditsafe offers. If I'm missing information about an applicant, Creditsafe helps me zero in on the company or person I am looking for. I also like the score and the suggested amount of credit to extend. The service is very helpful, and the initial setup was very easy. Whenever I've had questions, my rep was always able to help. What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

That it can be hard to find the company sometimes if it is private or info has recently been changed or updated. For some companies not a lot of data is available to review and there is sometimes issues with the data in regards to having the same company with similar names at the same address with connection of headquarter and secondary and they have different scores and info.
