What do you like best about Creditsafe?

The most helpful aspect about CreditSafe is the trust that we have in it. A company wants to do business with us with Net 30 terms. We just request a report on CreditSafe and get back everything we need and more. You don't just get back a suggested credit limit, but a score, payment history, derogatory filings, industry comparison, and more. Now we are prepared to make a plan and a direction with focus. We trust CreditSafe for so much. It's like having a team of financial advisors on our team for a fraction of the cost. Their AI/Intelligence is superior to that of any other business in this industry. We have been with them for 5 years and just renewed our contract for another year. What do you like best about Creditsafe?

Creditsafe offers so much more than D&B, expecially in comparison to the pricing structure. I utilize Creditsafe a lot and also feel that the support from creditsafe is superior to other business credit bureaus. When I started at my current position (4 years ago), I had come from a large agribusiness giant who had also started using Creditsafe. Since I had already had a good experience with Creditsafe, I started a relationship with them at my current company. I think that speaks highly of how much I rely on and trust Creditsafe. Creditsafe’s biggest strength is its ability to provide truly current, real‑time data rather than relying solely on financials that are already 12–18 months old. Having worked with various credit platforms, I’ve found that traditional reports often paint an outdated picture of a company’s health, while Creditsafe’s live trade information lets me see how a business is paying its customers today and how much credit it’s actively obtaining. This up‑to‑date insight makes it far easier to identify trends, spot early warning signs, and make confident, accurate credit decisions based on real behavior rather than historical snapshots. Creditsafe is helping bridge a significant gap in our credit evaluation process, particularly in situations where traditional credit reports return no usable credit limit due to strict underwriting criteria. While that issue is being addressed, the most valuable component of the reports has been the Trade Payment Dashboard, which provides meaningful insight into how companies are paying their suppliers. In the meantime, Creditsafe’s data is supporting our efforts to build a credit decision tree that allows us to deliver consistent, well‑reasoned credit recommendations for businesses that don’t meet standard reporting criteria. This ensures our team can continue making informed credit decisions rather than defaulting to “no limit” outcomes that don’t accurately reflect a company’s real‑time risk or payment behavior. "Intuitive UI, Smooth Onboarding, and Reliable Performance"

What do you like best about Creditsafe?

What I like most about this product is its intuitive and easy-to-follow user interface. The integration process was straightforward, and overall performance has been fast and reliable. The onboarding experience was smooth, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

One area for improvement is pricing, which feels a bit high. Additionally, when searching for companies, there are sometimes multiple listings with very similar names and addresses. It can be difficult to determine which company is the correct one, and I was charged for two reports while trying to identify the right company, even though I only saved one report.

I have not yet used the AI features, so I cannot comment on that functionality at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creditsafe?

One area for improvement is the company search experience. When multiple companies have very similar names and the same or similar addresses, it can be difficult to determine which report is the correct one. To verify the right company, I had to open two reports, which counted against my contracted report allotment. Although I only saved and used one report, I was charged for both. The product does a great job of helping us solve the unknowns about a company. CreditSafe has helped our credit team feel more confident about extending terms to new customers, and it also alerts us to potential credit risks. I find Creditsafe to be an amazing tool for credit departments, providing all the essential details to work safely with new customers. I use Creditsafe to check existing and new customers' creditworthiness. It helps to provide a credit limit for customers and shows me how safe it is to do business with any customer. I appreciate the very detailed information it offers for any customer, providing all the data I need to make a credit decision, along with a credit risk score and credit limit. The yearly cost is exceptional compared to other credit companies, and Creditsafe has kept my pricing the same for years, which is greatly appreciated. The staff are great to work with if I have any questions or concerns. My sales rep is always in contact, showing that Creditsafe cares and wants me to be fully satisfied.
