Creditloom applies open credit notes to outstanding invoices and bills in Xero in bulk. It scans an organisation, proposes the credit-note-to-invoice pairs per contact and currency (exact amount, matching reference or oldest first), and lists every proposed allocation in a table you can edit before anything is written. Amounts and lock dates are re-checked against Xero right before each write, and nothing is applied until you type a confirmation. Every run is logged with a CSV result, and a run can be undone for 30 days. Scanning, previewing and the first 5 allocations in each organisation are free. Built for month-end clean-ups, migrations and supplier credit backlogs. Independent app by Atesen Software, not affiliated with Xero.
