I have worked for my agency for 3 years and since then have been concerned with the speed at which the software works and glitches that cause documented notes and treatment to disappear. Last week the system went down completely and has still not recovered completely one week later. Very frustrating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Susan, we’re sorry to hear that you did not think that data flowed from one screen to another. Credible has the ability to map fields to reduce the need for duplicate data entry and to help information flow. Additionally, Credible has many custom fields that the Agency can customize. Both field mapping and custom fields depend on Agency workflows and are determined during Implementation with the Agency; without thorough input from all departments, it’s possible to have situations such as the one you are describing. What do you like best about Credible by Qualifacts?

The website is easy to navigate. Makes finding clients and viewing their charts quick and effective. Editing charts is intuitive and speed of the server is almost always fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credible by Qualifacts?

There is a lot of information crammed onto one web page on particular portions of the system. There seems to be a lot of outages that occur 1-2 times per week that slow down workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Credible by Qualifacts?

I like the interface best. The easy to navigate home screen allows it to be easy when scheduling client's appointments. All you have to do is double-click the part of the schedule you are putting an appointment in and type the client information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credible by Qualifacts?

I dislike the Tx-Plus option. It becomes difficult to write treatment plans for clients on this software and I wish that there was a better way to write treatment plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
