"Its a good system for physicians, but not for AHP."

What do you like best about CredentialStream?

Easy to input CME meetings and track. Easy to produce CME summary reports and certificates for physicians. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CredentialStream?

It is only good for physicians. You can track AHP, but the CME certificate can't be given as it is differnet than a physicians certificate by AMA guidelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SOME features of Appoint, see i can't even get this questionnaire done as it won't let me move on. I told you one thing, the definetion of "what I like best" would include one feature. It wants me to say two. I will not. even your surveys don't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

too cumbersome, hard to create processes. when we do on information from CS it is sometimes wrong and they have to be rewritten. very slow, appoint is frustrating and I have anxiety for the first time in my life. I can't get my work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Somewhat frustrating as configurations within system change unexpectedly."

We experience changes to our data, the configuration of our set-up which causes us to have to go back and re-configure and try to figure out what changed and why. This happens at least once every week or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Credentialing under one roof- almost!!!"

What do you like best about CredentialStream?

You can store all information regarding your provider in one spot. It is user friendly. I love that all of the information is being stored in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CredentialStream?

It is a global program which embodies every company. It is not tailored to each individual company. Mutliple facility names. It times out after 15-30 mins if you are not using it which means you have to keep logging in. I was not doing that in 2022 and the first half of 2023. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I am working with two individuals to learn how to implement and use CredentialStream."

What do you like best about CredentialStream?

I like the ongoing support and training available to learn the system. I like that we will eventually be able to do our credentialing in house so we will have more control over verifying Provider information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found the zoom training challenging because I learn better in person. I am hopeful that once I begin doing the group trainings that I will have a better grasp of the system and how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
