I wish the lists were in bubbles rather than a flat design. It feels like a lot of text on the platform and can feel a little overwhelming. For example, in creator network, the influencers are only separated by a thin line so everything blends together. It may be more appealing and fun if they were in their own bubbles instead. Finding creators and adding them to our network is another thing I love about CreatorIQ. I have used other softwares in the past that don't allow you to add creators to the network and find metrics about them right away. As an e-commerce brand, we are having a tough time completely ditching our spreadsheets and other softwares because of some gaps in CreatorIQ's interface. For example, we would love to have a feature that allows us to create orders directly from the campaign, then track the status of the order and automatically update the due dates of content based on the delivery date. We would also love the ability to automate email sequences. The email templates are great, however, it would take it a step further to be able to automate follow ups and content reminders. I enjoy the social listening capabilities that CreatorIQ offers. It's the most robust and user-friendly platform for this that I've seen, allowing us to see post from members of our influencer community in near-real time. It allows us to manage our community effectively, seeing how they speak about the brand and what products are performing well within our community. I also enjoy the campaign management tools in Creator IQ that allow us to monitor content at the campaign level and track our success for each campaign with insightful metrics such as total reach, engagement, and post count. I would like it if CreatorIQ updated social links for creators automatically. I've seen other platforms that are able to do this, but unfortunately sometimes we can go months without knowing that a creator's social link isn't up to date, which impacts our tracking of that creator. It helps to keep track of initiatives and understand what was most successful, why it was successful, and how you can take those learnings for future campaigns and opportunities. The sourcing feature could get a little bit more specific and a little more granular. At times, the platform can be a little glitchy and there can be bugs.
