The most helpful functions of CreatorIQ are the analytics portions. I can quickly determine if a creator would be a good fit for my target audience with audience ranges and demographic info. I will also often like for the creators I find to have engaged communities and the engagement rate analytics help to determine this as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Messaging creators that have managers is the most difficult part. If we are told later on in the message flow that they would like their manager involved in the conversation as well, the conversation is no longer able to held on a continuous chain within the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are small nuances I've noticed could be improved. The content review module is a little bit clunky, and our clients have shared that sentiment. It's also not ideal that the platform uses an engagement rate formula based on follower count in the discovery tab, but encourages clients to calculate it based on impressions/views as an industry best practice. It's also taken a little bit of time to get the hang of, because there is so much to it - we felt we needed to review a few things after our onboarding sessions were completed. I love that we can have our whole roster on the platform, creator one sheet's to send to clients, review all creators content in one place, and send a detailed report once the campaign is done.
