Whenever you need to add a creator to your campaign, you will need to email your customer service rep for them to add. There is no way for the user to manually add creators to campaigns. When pulling engagement rates from a creator's profiles, the calculation is inconsistent (sometimes it's against the last 20 posts, 90 days, etc.). I've had to flag a few times to support to keep our calculation against the standard. Support hasn't been able to advise how it keeps getting changed, whether it's from one of our third-party partners (e.g. Wasserman) or a technical error on CreatorIQ's end.
