It can take a lot of time to find the exact thing you're looking for or you can spend a lot of time just getting distracted by options. **Recommendations to others considering Creative Market:** Sign up for their newsletter to get free design assets - if you don't need them you don't have to download them. If you're looking for affordable design elements it's a pretty standard go-to. **What problems is Creative Market solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creative Market is a one stop shop for graphics, fonts, visuals and other graphic design needs for someone with little graphic design expertise. ### 2. This has not happened to other platforms and the value for money is up there with Adobe. **What do you dislike about Creative Market?** They used to have a monthly bundle giving you access to hand picked designs fonts for a set price I really wish they would bring this back and also bring videos edits onto the paltform. **Recommendations to others considering Creative Market:** I would recommend this site. It's easy to use. Non existent customer service. Constantly changing pricing and terms of use. Stealing customers funds **Recommendations to others considering Creative Market:** Go direct to the creatives. Do not condone these shady and illegal business practices. **What problems is Creative Market solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is attempting to help my business achieve bankruptcy with illegal terms and non existent customer communication nor service. I had been a long time customer, with a pre paid account balance, when my business underwent forced closures and difficult times during the pandemic. I had a pre paid account balance, which I expected to be able to use when things improved (or to be refunded) However, when I logged on next I was shocked to discover that my funds had been stolen, with a $3.99 USD account inactivity fee charged each month until the balance was gone. This fee had not been included in the terms I agreed to on signing up, however their website terms state that they can change their terms at any time without notice to customers, allowing them to simply take my money. These terms are illegal under Australian consumer law, however their customer service simply chooses to ignore this fact, and the funds will be difficult to recover. ### 4. I preferred the price structure that they used previously. Since I do not require a monthly membership, it doesn't benefit me. **Recommendations to others considering Creative Market:** This is a fantastic platform for seasoned creators as well as new creators. They have a ton of resources to design just about anything. When you buy some of these asset your design can complement very well therefore delivering a better product. **What do you dislike about Creative Market?** Although designs are excellent, some prices are just abusive, but how can we judge the effort into it?. **Recommendations to others considering Creative Market:** If you are looking for excellent quality and exclusive assets (not like those in iStock or Shutterstock) that not everyone has to avoid your designs look the same, Creative Market for me has proved to be a nice option. **What problems is Creative Market solving and how is that benefiting you?** I usually use it as inspiration for design projects and also buy some icons or illustrations to complement my design; this way, I can impress and satisfy low-budget clients who don't care about original design stuff for their projects. ### 7. I first opened a private account in 2017, and was looking for a cute robot logo for my second business. I found a freelancer and we negotiated a custom logo. Eventually, we chose a different logo, but I stayed with the platform. We usually purchse graphics (and cv templates, when I was still employed), and also appreciate the weekly newsletter with many, many free fonts and graphics. **What do you like best about Creative Market?** The free weekly newsletter offers- and, when looking for paid services, the immense bandwidth of styles and looks available. From instagram and other social templates to CV Templates, fonts, and graphic design- you will find what you're looking for in any style. The menu is also easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Creative Market?** There is nothing to dislike here. If you don't like a style, keep on searching, and you will most likely find what you're looking for. **What problems is Creative Market solving and how is that benefiting you?** When still employed, I found some great CV Templates on creativemarket, we use some of their free stuff from the weekly newsletter, and if I need any other paid graphic design or font, the platform never disappoints. ### 8. Later on, we create guideline styles for the client to continue creating posts according to it until they can afford a specialist. **What do you like best about Creative Market?** Creative Market is the only place I've found that sells quality designs for Instagram templates; they are very easy to adapt and not expensive. I can get these templates in multiple formats like PSD or AI, so almost any designer can work with them. **What do you dislike about Creative Market?** There is not much I dislike about Creative Market; I just wish they had more variety of templates, some times is hard to find one that fits not common or exclusive business types or projects. **Recommendations to others considering Creative Market:** If you want exclusive assets, especially templates for Instagram and Facebook, give it a try; pro assets there. **What problems is Creative Market solving and how is that benefiting you?** From buying icons and templates, besides other markets from this type, it seems that your credits can last longer, so you don't lose money like other companies that offer similar products ### 9. Also found that some templates are not even close to what they really offer or what is included in the package when you bought some. **What problems is Creative Market solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly I found Creative Market a fast and cheap option to start building our merchandising imagery. Comparing to typical standard power point files which are available in the laptop, it makes my presentation more lively and more eye catching. **What do you dislike about Creative Market?** The price is slightly more expensive than other software which is available in the market now. Although there are quite numbers of free products offer, most of the products have its limitation in terms of selection of the themes which is quite understandable. Keep doing a good job and create more affordable products for more users like myself! **What problems is Creative Market solving and how is that benefiting you?** The themes which are available with preset of many nice and beautiful fonts and formats have save me a lot of time and make my presentations more presentable to my audiences. I used to take around 2-3 hours to prepare a presentation but after using this product, it helps me to reduce my preparation to 1-2 hours and i have more time to prepare another presentation. They sell beauty products. Customer wanted a lot of nature pictures in green and some pictures depicting exclusivity and suggestive effects of the treatment and their products. I went to usual places, but customer wanted “the best” so I suggested CreativeMarket. To cut the long story short, we got what we wanted in no time. Prices are reasonable for the job she and I were trying to accomplish. Website to a company is like a face to you and me. I want my face to look its best when I am trying to sell something to the rest of the world. I am a curret user. CreativeMarked enables your site to look as best as you want. I will definitely go back …… and bring my customers too. 😊 **What do you like best about Creative Market?** You know how in real-estate it is “location, location, location” For a web site it’s “quality, quality, quality”. What looks great to me may look horrible to you. Normally I would spent most of my time arranging and re-arranging different elements in order to get customer’s go ahead. I had a pretty bad experience with this company both as an artist and as a buyer, I request everyone to avoid doing business with them. Their support is rude, unprofessional and won't ever listen to your requests they act like they're God. In a conversation with Ben (support team member) calls me a lier, fraud and insults my work. Who are they to judge their customers and artists? After a long thread of heated arguments, he closed my shop and also banned me from using the creative market. I lost access to everything I purchased from them and my items listed there. If you would like to know why it happened? Because I used my business name not personal credentials in my profile. Without even issuing a warning account suspended permanently. How good is that? **What do you like best about Creative Market?** As a matter of fact, the creative market has good content, great artists but as a company, they need to understand and show flexibility when it comes to doing business online. **What do you dislike about Creative Market?** Their support team really sucks. Finding the right place to get stock photography and other templates is a challenge. Creative Market offers assets at affordable prices. **What do you like best about Creative Market?** I like Creative Market the best because I can find everything I need to finish a creative project. From templates to photos, all in one place. The selection of photos is really high quality and it offers easy downloads. The search tabs are the most helpful (out of all of the other stock photography sites). I can easily find what I'm looking for. **What do you dislike about Creative Market?** What I dislike about Creative Market is the steep prices on some assets. And the "Ad-Ons" tab is not well organized. Lack of options in the Holiday Photo tab is a bit disappointing. **Recommendations to others considering Creative Market:** It's just as competitive as Stock photography by Adobe Stock, the only difference is the price.
