**What do you like best about Creative Realities?**

Honestly, the customer support and service has far exceeded my expectations.  The team members that I've worked with have been AMAZING!

**What do you dislike about Creative Realities?**

Sometimes the speed of reply to technical questions can be slow, but overall I don't dislike too much.

**What problems is Creative Realities solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us implement a completely new customer experience in our store locations.  It's helped us enhance the experience vs. solving a problem.
