BEst thing is that we can create better user experience as compared to a web portal and engage with users in a proactive manner increasing the reach of business and creating better user experience

Mobile app development has its challenges of delivering huge content over a small screen, designing the UI , retaining users and addressing issues with network when user is roming but things are improving as network coverage is improving.
